The kind of apples that look yummy from a distance and then you see they have dings and dents on them up close. LOL
That makes no sense or really doesn't mean what I'm trying to say. Oh look at the time off to work soon. haha0 -

Hey, girl, I can't be that secret, right? It isn't like you have any military info or something like that...Jeanie wrote:Fair enough. You gotta do what's best for you.
I am. Lots of water and cranberry juice... But tonight I'll have a beerJeanie wrote:Thanks.
Oh I'm bound to experience a second, third and fourth time!!!
Eh, tell me more? Girlie stuff?
Well, we have no "Holland-day" or something like that, but we have 'Victory in Europe day' ( eh, did that sound al little bit like a patriot?)
But back on business, tell me girl!0 -

Well, I don't believe they like PJ that much as they say then...0 -

Well I'm sorry disconnected but that information is classified!!disconnected wrote:I am. Lots of water and cranberry juice... But tonight I'll have a beer
Beer's not my thing, but cheers big ears anyway!disconnected wrote:Eh, tell me more? Girlie stuff?
That's just it, I cannot possibly tell you anything more. I signed a confidentiality agreement!disconnected wrote:Well, we have no "Holland-day" or something like that, but we have 'Victory in Europe day' ( eh, did that sound al little bit like a patriot?)
Isn't Victory In Europe day (VE Day) to celebrate the unconditional surrender of Nazi Germany in Europe? Nothing to sneeze at in the celebration stakes I guess, but it's sad there isn't a Holland Day. It's a beautiful country and you have much to celebrate.
Australia Day is more a day to celebrate our national identity. Of course it could be argued that there's nothing to celebrate but I hold out hopes that we will EVENTUALLY be more inclusive of our indigenous population.

I'd prefer we celebrated Australia Day on the anniversary of our Federation, which is the 1st January, but being Aussie's I can see why that wouldn't be feasible!! Most of us, if we wake up on January 1st at all, have a raging hangover and are useless for the rest of the day!!
Seems like Canada Day is much more to my liking

sorry disconnected but I cannot possibly tell you. Even if you dangled Eddie naked, covered in chocolate sauce over me I would not tell!!NOPE!!!
