Agreed! As far as I'm concerned these people (Shapelle, the Bali 9 etc; ) are a total embarrassement and waste of space. I just switch off when these types of stories come on the TV, Papers etc;

well it's now 2008 and i haven't heard anything, the bali nine and those bombing guys are scheduled to face firing squads sometime.
Is it true when they are executed they stand them in hole then execute them and then bury them....?
From what ive heard, theres a whole bunch of men in the firing squad and only a few (if not one) that has a bullet in their gun...all the rest are just blanks...then when they do excecute the prisoner no-one knows who did it...so theres not as much guilt..
Also, because the bombers think they die a Martyr, the firing squad dip their bullets in pigs blood so that then they "dont become a martyr"-the bullet is tainted ...apparently their religion? or something? So at the last minute when the prisoner knows about the pigs blood, they start screaming, but theres nothing they can do about it. They know they are going to hell.
