    I think that guy who made Supersize Me should go on an all microwave diet for a month.
    Hell, I'm pretty sure he could go on an all microwave diet for a year and it would still be healthier then the other shit people put in the mouths on a daily basis.

    We all know it's not the most "ideal" way to prepare food. I rarely use mine...maybe once a week to warm up coffee or something...
    Anyways the point is that there are much worse things you do to yourself on a daily basis and will kill you a whole lot faster than heating up a Lean Cuisine.
