well, would you consider stalking going out of their way? The only assumption I have is that said person wants me banned... cos if somebody dislikes me so much it can't be much fun to follow me around and respond to all my posts Surely? Unless they're a masochist

Yeah, I don't get that either. That seems like too much trouble for something that's only supposed to be for fun. If someone has a vendetta against someone else and are trying to get them banned, I seriously doubt they are having any fun on here.

I also don't get why some people on occasion publicly post their private messages. I know those threads get locked/deleted promptly, but still, that's almost low class.

But maybe this person simply posts everywhere, and since you do too (slight exaggeration, I know ), you are constantly clashing? Maybe they are just an asshole who's everywhere.

And I have the pricks...err pics to prove it! I think that almost without exception the only difference between me on the board and me in pm's is that I feel much more comfortable crying in person (the board) than in private.

Not so much lately, but on occasion in the past I have seen that happen. Usually the thread is gone within a matter of minutes....you have to catch it at just the right time. It seems that most of those type of threads were someone wanting to bait the sender of the PM into an argument or just to ridicule the sender of the PM.

Perhaps... that would make sense... I mean there's obviously SOME emotional issues with people who would be like that.
