    i love, love, love sex and the city...have every season on DVD. :D
    i truly hope this movie does it justice and doesn't suck. :p normally i am such an optimist, but when it comes to remaking tv series into movies...let's just say, the trackrecord is less than stellar........:o here's to hoping for a good, solid flick! :D

    I expect the fashions to be ridiculous and unrealistic, but I'm looking forward to that SATC humor. <3

    I don't have HBO and one of my co-workers used to tape it for me! I saw the reruns on TBS but it's not the same!

    my friends and i would all get together to watch sex and the city every week. we even made it into a drinking game...you drank every time they said certain words or when your "character" did something that you had/would done/do.

    i'm not sure what we're all going to do for the movie?! i'm sure flasks will be involved :D

    well then, it will be just like a perfect version of the series. :D
    the fashions are ALWAYS ridiculous and unrealistic.......and the humor is almost always brilliant!

    i think my husband secretly wants to see this movie too. :p one of the *perks* of being married i guess, he can blame me for *dragging* him to a chick flick. ;)



    btw - i don't have cable tv, so i have NEVEr seen an episode when it aired. i saw them as released on dvd. i know i got hooked immediately, and i think the first season i watched like 2-3 hours a night, successively....until i saw the enitre season and was itching for more! :p

    NO one should *drag* anyone to see ANY movie. period. it IS perfectly acceptible to go solo...with friends...whatever. if hubby doesn't want to see it, that's exactly what i shall do. :)

    same here, except change girlfriend to wife....not gonna be a good day :(

    although, that just means I get to take her to see a movie that she absolutely does not want to see in the future...:)

    I don't know why you'd want to drag your man to this, unless he's a fan. Would be much more fun with the girls. Cannot wait to see this, opening weekend for sure.

    I'm really looking forward to this movie. I love the show. I still need to get the dvd set..watching it on tbs isn't the same.
    These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

    Zoso agreed to take me to see the movie the first day he gets here :p He watched a few episodes of the series with me and said it taught him a lot about women in their 30's :p I'm using it as a learning tool :D
