no matter how hard you try.

1. Piss breaks at a concert.

will never understand that.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

I will never understand the fact that the universe is infinite...
I can't get it. It's said "there's always something after". but then ? What's after the universe ? What's in is the universe...?
When I satrt thinking about it, I can't stop.

I know people who take piss breaks, even when they're playing. Except for (edits name of elderly British singer with scrawy neck to avoid litigation). He'll piss and carry on singing at the same time. Allegedly.

its driving me nuts, there is no "in", because that would mean there is a end...and there's no end, no beginning, just space, but that has to be "in" something............:o

  • Same for the cinema.

When I was nine, I went to see Superman II at the cinema with my sister. I was wearing my new jeans. Halfway through, I needed the toilet. I mean a number two. Rachael told me it was illegal to go to the toilet during a film. The inevitable happened, and I was sitting about five foot high on the seat by the end of the film. Never wore those jeans again.

I'll never comprehend my sister's reasoning, that day. ;)

People in the US who would benefit from health care and are dead set against it. Pun intended.

    This boggles my mind.
At least at a concert you can hear the music still.

I will sit there parched, just so I won't have to leave. Drives me crazy to miss even a moment.
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away

That's the kind of thing my brother would have told me.

I can't get my head around ceasing to exist... you know, after you die. I can't imagine not thinking. :p:o (reincarnation basicly but we won't go into that).

As for pee breaks, I walked out on Alanis Morisette. I know she's good but I was SO BORED! I only really went because my friend wanted to see her. I needed to pee all the way through one of the PJ gigs too but didn't go.

that's pretty much one thing that really fascinates me and hurts my head thinking about infinite universe.

i guess it's because i used to seeing borders, beginning and the end of things in everything...i.e beginning of the book and it's end, beginning of life and it's end.

It's Dark Matter. I watched it on National Geographic last week :D Pretty interesting.

Also piss breaks are fine. Sometimes when you go to a show, you don't need to sit and watch every movement of the band. Unless it's PJ of course, then you just pee in your empty beer cup and give it to the loud frat boy next to you. "Hey man you wanna beer?" "Sigma Kai Rules!" ** Gives Hi-Five**

hahahaha, thats reminds me of a metalica concert i've been to, a guy was peeing in his cup and started throwing it in the crowd, i saw him do it and got the hell away from there before the people around me start noticing, and start to throw there's back, one giant peeshower. no thanks..:D

I always view it like this:

The universe doesn't end because it doesn't have to. I think it's so hard to comprehend because our whole lives are set within a system of boundaries and everything has and end. Life has death. Day has night. What goes up must come down. Books have a last page. Etc etc. It's hard to make the leap from that to infinity. It's like, if we have to come to an end some day, doesn't everything?

I have a much easier time realizing that the universe is infinite when I allow myself to realize I'll never know everything. There are things I can't fully comprehend, and I'm ok with that. I'll never be able to 'see' that the universe goes on forever, but I believe it does. It's the only thing that makes sense, because if the universe had an end, then you throw yourself into the infinite loop of "Well if it has an end, what's on the other side?"

I also think the big bang is just one in a series of never ending big bangs across an infinite amount of space and time. It didn't start everything from something smaller than the head of a pin. It started 'now' from that singular event, that's all.

i saw it on tv as well, but still it doesn't explain infinity because dark matter becomes infinite too

i also cant get my head around the evolution of man from ape... cos there are still apes out there... which means they didnt evolve with us or the evolved from even shitter monkeys.. i dunno.. but i truly believe in evolution.. but man evolved really really quickly whereas a crocodile is a crocodile and has been for thousands of years...

    lazy monkeys.

can water ever finish? will there be a time on earth when all the water has been used up?

i personally think it won't end, because it recycles itself. therefore water has no end too............

but please correct me if i'm wrong

you are not 'wrong' wrong but one day when the sun is dying out it will expand outwards and will therefore scorch the earth to a cinder... all organisms on this planet will cease to exist.. no water or anything... and that is the end of mankind as we know it... although Bruce Willis might save us all.. you never know.
