    well with all the other teams up here, that probably wont win the big one, I figured the 2008 World Series Champions team thread should be right up at the top. Lackey vs. whoever = Halo Victory. Gotta suck for Sox fans having to basically start down 0-1. Fear the monkey!!!!!!

    It's a toss up for me, this series. Frankly, I'd be happy to see either team eliminated. I was almost going to go to Game 1 with my friend who is a Red Sox fan.

    The Sox are plagued with injuries, so the Angels have an advantage for sure. Good luck.

    Good luck ot the Angels and their fans, the Sox have had their number for quite a while in the playoffs. But ... last year, the Angels had all the injuries, this year, it's the Sox ...

    Sure was nice to see the Halos close it out last night, but sure comes at a price when Frankie takes the hill. He's money but he sure scares the shit outta me. But we're still in it and that's what matters. I think Lackey will get the better of the Johns this time (although I said that game 1 too..........)

    The playoffs are such a crap-shoot. Minus the crucial errors the Angels did, the Red Sox are terrible.

    Ray's will eat them alive, if not...the Dodgers will.
