My favorite song in 7th grade was REO Speedwagon's "Keep on Loving You." I loved top 40 music/solid gold/dance fever the whole thing. Good thing I don't watch tv now or I may like pop music more than PJ, eh? ;)

    I have a creed CD :(.
the first one. someone told me it was good and I bought it.

    so sad.

I only read the first page, so I don't know if anyone has trumped me yet, but I bought all three Creed CDs...and I liked them all!

Sure, Scott Stapp is an idiot, with his nicely combed long hair, his proclamation of being so spiritual yet he gets so ripped he can't perform, and his bad habit of videotaping himself in the tour bus...but I really liked a lot of the heavy rifs from a lot of their songs.

The good news is that I did sell those CDs back. I now have two mix CDs, one entitled Creed - The Best, and the second one is Creed - The Rest. The first CD is pretty damn good. Though I don't listen to it much anymore...too much PJ is in my rotation this year.

I saw Matchbox 20 (with Fountains of Wayne opening) at the Anaheim Pond a few years ago.. Got the tix for free and took the wife (being the nice, thoughtful husband that I am)... On of the most godawful worst shows ever; can't stand either band.. And my wife got so hammered on tequila before the show (went to dinner at Chili's) that she barely remembers it.. So I had to sit through it all while her head's spinning like a fuckin top..

Oh yeah, and I've never voted in any election.. Maybe when I hit my 40's I may take that up, but not so far..

I went to see Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, John Nicholson with my wife. It was for her birthday. We had the best damn seats I've had for any big concert. Part way through the concert I felt something hit me in the chest, I looked down between sets and it was a Big & Rich guitar pick... Why can't that happen at a PJ concert :(

I actually saw Patrick Swayze at a restaurant in Napa. I was extremely liquored up after a day of wine tasting and I thought it would be brilliant if I were to say this line to him. Fortunately Mrs. Boxwine talked me out of it and prevented me from slobbering all over him.
