The girl advertised herself on the Internet as a willing sex partner who was 19 years old. Sadler met her through Web sites that cater to fans of bondage-style sex.

He brought her to his home, had sex with her more than once, encouraged her to have sex with another of his sexual partners and e-mailed sexually explicit photographs of her to friends.

What a strange bizarre story, but all they tried to charge him with was exploiting a minor, and then that got thrown out.

    Sick fuck. I've never seen a 14 year old girl that could absolutely pass as being 19....how these people "don't realise" is beyond me.

    i don't know, man. we've got some neighborhood girls around me that look like they're juniors or seniors in high school, then my 12 year old tells me they're either in his grade or a year ahead of him. it's scary. i don't even look in the direction of school age females anymore.

    yeah i think the reason for that is because girls your son's age dress and act like girls who are 16 yrs+

    its sick and it sickens me to know that young girls are being influenced by media to act older and look older, and think and do older things that arent appropriate.

    it all comes down to how you raise you child.

    Then she lies to and sleeps with a 22 year old. When the 22 year old learns how old she really is, he tells the girls father what happens. And the father wants to put the 22 year old in jail!!!

    They "choose" not to because it suits their purposes and then when they're caught they pretend they couldn't possibly know and somehow manage to get their lawyers on board as well.

    You realize that it's possible that you cannot tell the age of some of the young girls you see in a day and you've modified your behaviour accordingly.
    ie, you're not sure so you're making sure not to put yourself in a situation where it could be a problem. That's what grown ups do.
    Bottom feeders, on the other hand quite likely aren't sure, engage in risk taking activities that could get them into the shit, pretend they couldn't possibly know and then hire themselves a like minded bottom feeder of a lawyer when things are looking bad and cry "civil liberties" blah, blah, blah.

    But the guy wasn't purposely taking a risk. The girl said she was 19, why would the guy have any reason not to believe her? It's not like he never inquired about her age. Short of checking her ID, there's not much he could do.

    i don't think he'll be able to plead ignorance in a court of law. it astounds me that in this day and age, some people seem to not care one bit about hooking up with complete strangers they met online. i won't go as far as to call this guy a scumbag, but i definitely think he's a moron. the girl isn't too bright, either. she's lucky she just ended up with a guy that had a boner. she could have ended up skinned alive.
