Hate to see good people get fired - but in the case of the M's, I still say keep 'em coming!!

Sorry Big Mac, but it just wasn't working.

Here's hoping Riggleman can step up. At least temporarily...

You know it. I know this season is OVER for the M's as far as a playoff run of any kind. But lets at least save face and win more games than we have been winning.

Hell, I would be happy to not get trounced by the Nats and the Marlins within a week of each other.

How about the Grand Salami by King Felix!!! Too bad he sprain his ankle after he did that. Hope he's okay.

    Nonetheless, good win today.

    Go M's

At least we won the series. So, that's somethin'.

    But yeah, Batista.....arrrrgh.

My local news channel just reported that members of Pearl Jam took batting practice at Shea Stadium today...then they showed a quick clip of Ed stepping to the plate with a bat in hand.

Yeah, it was pretty nice to win a series for once. I just can't stand that Batista gave up EIGHT RUNS in 2 and 2/3rd innings. Seriously? And then to not have any more runs scored from the Mets as soon as they bring in R-S.

Holy shit, what just happened? We just swept the Padres. We've been swept so many times, I forgot what it was like to be on the winning end of a sweep!!

    Go M's!

We just won....again! How about skipper Riggleman? He is now 10-5 in his short tenure. Maybe it was McLaren...

And Clement with 2 homers scoring all 3 runs tonight!!

    Go M's.

Man, I'm so bummed that now that I'll be in Washington for a few months I only have minor league games to go too....I'm really going to miss my season tickets to the Angels for a while...

*ahem* sorry something was stuck in my throat.

Just showing a little friendly love. :D

I'm actually really excited to see Safeco though finally and catch a few M's games.

    :p

I'm only saddened that Safeco has become solely a tourist attraction.
