I'm only saddened that Safeco has become solely a tourist attraction.

Awww...I'll be there to enjoy the games as well. I'll be easy to spot with my bright red hat on. :p

Angel stadium has pretty much become a 'scene to be at' since 02 though. So I can somewhat relate. Hardly anyone that goes to the games knows what's going on these days.

Really? I always found it to be beautiful...

Not so sure how I'll get through a stadium filled with blue and teal oh wait, sorry, northwest green! I might have to make a few stops at the first aid stand. :p

Hey, it could be worse...It could be green and yellow! Those crazy people in oakland. :p

    :D

Oh, but congrats on finally not having to watch Sexson anymore.

Man, I'm so bummed that now that I'll be in Washington for a few months I only have minor league games to go too....I'm really going to miss my season tickets to the Angels for a while...

haha, I don't think you're staying north long enough to catch a hawks game.

Well, in that case, you should make a point to attend at least one Hawks game, and a few Mariners (especially since we unloaded 200 pounds of useless shit named Richie Sexson)

I wish I could have just kidnapped him and worn the uniform, we have the same physique and size. Nobody would have known the difference and then I could have stolen all that money he stole instead.

however painful his at-bats were...richie was still an awesome sight, towering over everyone.

every time dave neihaus said, "big sexy's on deck" it made me giggle...and resign myself to the inevitable out.

lol I'm sure it did. :p

I remember the angels broadcasters one game laughing at the PA guy when they heard that. Ugh, Physioc and Hudler are a pain in the ass to listen to. At least I won't have to listen to them for a while. :p

Oh and I'm proud to say I've got sexson by a solid inch! :D

 I can't believe Batista went an entire inning without recording one single out. Here's hoping we can wrap-up the series tomorrow

Alright, were you there yesterday too? I was there, and it was a spectacular day at the ballpark. I cannot believe Safeco Field is almost 10 years old. It is still one of my favorite places to go on a summer day. Such a great ballpark.

to all the red sox bandwagoners who were at tonight's game:

please return your gear to the walmart you bought it from right before the game.
you do not represent it well.

    that is all.

And I still claim, though with no proof at all, that 80 to 90% of the Safeco Field Sox Fans have never even been to Boston. Red Sox nation, the biggest band wagon nation out there. You know the "B" on their hat; that stands for Bandwagon.
