and foxboro has nothing to with boston. i just meant that they're both about 30 miles from each states central/biggest city and that's about that.

Aside from your bantering....;) don't you love it when the networks show shots of Boston instead of Foxboro when they need tv filler time? I mean in Green Bay or KC they show the parking lots, but for the Pats they show the skyline or Faniel Hall.
I love to turn you on

there's nothing in foxboro. what are they going to show? the bass pro shops store?

i would think that once patriot place and everything is up and running/finished that they will show shots of that.

to actually respond to your post, i do like that they show downtown boston and the charles river and all that.

so you're going to tell me that the 5 boroughs don't make up nyc? or is the "true" nyc manhattan to you?

So according to you Manhatten=NYC. Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island are not part of it....Cause I think less then 20% of NYC residents live in Manhatten.....

easy. i don't want this thread getting out of control and getting shut down. take your stupid comments to PMs.
  • It's like arguing with a 4th grader. NYC is too cool for a stadium inside it's borders.

At least Foxboro is in the same state as Boston. I have seen the meadowlands from the NJ (yes New Jersey, not New York) turnpike and it is best described as a shithole.

  • Back to the actual point of the thread: The NE Patriots have a football game this weekend, and they will win it. Despite the rest of the country's whining about it.

    exactamundo.

accuscore did 10,000 simulations and the pats win 89.6% of the time compared to the chargers 10.6%. the average score was pats 33, chargers 17.

with no LT the chargers only win 9.5% of the sims.

espn sportsnation poll has pats 73% winning to san diego's 27% with almost 40,000 votes.
