yeah i was thinking of what to listen to in a bit at the drawing board and that's sounding good thanks for sharing those pics, and to everybody - i love seeing this stuff!
Oh, you're welcome. I love space images...it's calming to know there's a lot going on out there and it's not all dark emptiness.
it makes you feel so small too. the nasa site has incredible photos, i love visiting it every day to see what they got
and those ice images!! and that frozen tsunami wave....can you imagine seeing that in front of you? unbelievable
*edit* as i looked at that pic i see below it there's a comment that it is actually blue ice....never had heard about that before. learn somethin new every day!
yeah, that pic was run in the newspaper, and they said it was an actual rainbow, not photoshopped. kinda wierd, because it was end of november/beginning of december, and i don't ever remember seeing a rainbow around here in the winter. still a cool pic, though.

that is interesting....i guess if it had been stormy and rainy then it'll happen. it's a cool pic indeed!
It was still out this morning when I got up. It was sooo dark here until about 7am. And the moon was beaming down in the sky at me. Just lufferlee!!
Twas too cold to watch it for too long last night! I can't wait for the warmer weather so I can sit out on the step and just watch that sucker float through the sky!

Oh I do love sunflowers!! Specially Vincent's!
oh me too, i love van gogh, his depiction of sunflowers are so intense. i love them myself, i drew one a few weeks ago, the profile actually was more intriguing to me than the front for some reason haha

Just such beautiful art! I love Starry Night & Cafe Terrace at Night and I got to see the exact spot when I was in Arle!
But yes, The Sunflowers series is magical and I got to see one of those upclose at VanGogh Museum when I was in Amsterdam. Just amazing brushwork! Amazing! When I think about it, I'm soooo lucky that I got to go to Europe and see all that amazing stuff.
That would be an interesting aspect to paint them from chiqui. In profile. I'd like to see it.
