I can't wait! It's awesome that they're straightforward about it if they don't find anything.
A friend of mine works for Rue Morgue magazine and a coworker of his had a chance to interview that Yvonne or Yvette...whatever her name is...from Most Haunted. They offered to let him tag along on one of their visits to a haunted castle. I forget exactly what the circumstances were, but he found a script and timeline for 'happenings.'
I was so disappointed, I loved that show lol...
i only watched most haunted once, i didn't like it. they'd see an orb and start having a fit....when in reality, it was probably a piece of dust lol
now knowing they have a timeline, man they suck!! that is mega lame.
there was one episode where this guy complained of feeling like someone was watching him, couldn't sleep, could hear stuff, thought he was going mad. they checked it out, turned out he had a ton of chemicals in his basement, and the ventilating system was set up that it would pump all these fumes into his room....that explained the problem!
it's a subject i've always been fascinated with, and have had my own personal experience with. i've learned a lot on that show of what can explain some things (i.e. equipment that gives off high EMF readings can cause skin irritations, paranoia, the feeling of being watched).
i like the balance of science and acceptance that there is stuff that we just don't know about yet
but how the hell do they afford all of the hotel rooms?? and the gas! my god the gas!!!
no kidding! and especially since steve can't fly, although i suppose with all that equipment it's probably easier to drive. i guess the scifi channel picks up that tab? they say they don't charge for their services when they're called out to a home.
yeah they did some interesting visits. the guy who headed that group was a little weird, i like the US one more, but hopefully the international one gets better
last night's was fantastic, i loved that they showed the st. augustine lighthouse one again too, that's one of my all time fave episodes!
some great hits in both locations this week. very surprised...they seemed like they would be duds to me. what a great season so far is right.
yeah i was skeptical about that bar too. i'm loving this season big time!
grant posted this blog on his myspace page about how the K2 meter works, which is cool because i've been wondering about it. they've been using it so much this season, and i was curious how open it is to outside frequencies. yeah i'm THAT much of a a nerd that he and jason are on my friend list hahaha
also, heads up that they are doing a live show on halloween, investigating all night long on scifi! i'll be out that night so i'll miss it, but fortunately they do a recap the following week
i wonder if they will have a really good find tonight in hopes to get people to tune in to the Halloween special. i have liked watching the yearly special the past few years and staying up late.....kind of a different feel now though since its on a friday this year

i hope tonite's will be good, they've been impressive so far anyway! yeah i've stayed up in the past too, which has been hard when it's during the week....of course the one time it's on a friday is when i already have plans lol
*bump* for those staying in tonight....marathon live show! times like this i wish i had tivo lol
and can i say how angry this week's episode made me....they were in alameda, which is right near me!! i would have loved to have drove by and yelled wassup at 'em lol
I'm kinda on the fence about this one. They never seem to find anything and anything that is worth noting could easily be special effects or a person behind the camera making noises. I don't know. Kinda skeptical if the show is real or just good actors making it entertaining.
i'll be interested to see the recap of halloween's show tonight. i missed it but saw the collar tug clip on youtube. i'm not quite sold on it....the fact that grant's hand was in his right pocket the whole time and wouldn't move the 3 times it happened....i mean hell, if something pulled on your coat, wouldn't you move *both* hands and grab your collar? i hate even thinking it could have been staged, but i dunno. we'll see what happens tonite i guess!
i enjoyed the roundtable, although there was no table, nor anything round....discuss
i was gonna swear that they were going to mention that they even have a thread for discussion on the AET, but they didnt dammit
i know, right? FRAUD haha
some of the stuff they get from fans is a little creepy  i liked seeing the piece with steve and tango, tango telling steve not to touch anything, and steve giving him money to do stupid shit haha

the hat? i missed last nite's episode (was there a new one last nite, i thought there might have been), so i'm clueless. which is a normal phenomenon for me lol
as for kris not being there, i think jason said that she had some personal things going on so she couldn't make it

they were at some old boarded up sanitarium in CLOVIS, CA!!! and there was this LOUD voice (loudest they had EVER Heard--so much so they were looking for hidden recording devices) that said "I like the one in the hat"---and Jason was wearing a baseball hat!!!
So I'll just lie down and wait for the dream Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
