on this show, they actually de-bunk a lot, or state their opinion that is not haunted (at least for the night they were there). they try to look for logical explanations for things first.

I see. That's good, because I've seen so many shows where they show up to a place, hear a few "spooky sounds", banging around or whatever and automatically the place is haunted  Maybe i'll have to give it a look sometime.

i know what you mean about the shows that just assume a place is haunted - i don't like those at all. that's what is appealing about this one. they use equipment to try and have some sort of physical gauge, and like lizard said, more often than not they'll deem a place not to be haunted....even if they have personal experiences, if they can't follow it up with EVPs or video then that's that. check it out for sure! :)

last night's show was one of the better ones, imo. the toy dragon turning on 3 times, the sink coming on by it's self, and all the footsteps. creepy.

there are no such things as ghosts. people that believe in them might as well believe in the boogie man.

the messed up thing about what I just said and believing what I believe.....they are still scarry shows.

i think so, i looked last week to see if the new episode would air tonite. woohoo!

flannel, i dunno, i've had personal experiences that have given me pause, if anything i think there is such a thing as residual energy. there's a lot going on that we can't see

I cant say for SURE, but come on now....if ghosts were real, they would be everywhere.

its always that one friends crazy aunt or grandma that has the stories about them.

I dont believe, but I would love to see one.

the only thing that scares me are crazy people. the son of sam and Dahmers of the world. THEY SCARE ME.

well, that's the cool thing about Ghost Hunters, they debunk just about everything. they are skeptics too, but they've also had some real experiences that they view as supernatural - not that the place is "haunted" but there's some unexplainable activity. it's a very good show. ;)

has that show ever been to Waverly Hill Sanitarium in Louisville, Kentucky? They film stuff there all the time, supposed to be one of the most haunted places in North America.

yes! they've been there and that show was one of the creepiest (IMO)!! Jason and Grant pick up this figure on the thermal energy camera and for some reason it freaked me out! - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yH_YRLcL1n8

also, does anyone listen to the podcasts? they're pretty interesting. here's the link: http://beyondreality.podbean.com/

did everybody see last nite's show? i had recorded it and just watched the tape....that EVP of the woman on the ship was a trip. and the whimpering in the warnick building. although that webcam footage of that person standing in teh council chamber looked so fake to me, like someone spliced that image in or something, no??

the podcast is interesting. i like how jason and grant always look at things logically, and that still comes through in the podcasts.

anyway, i did watch the show, but i didn't really pay attention....:o i'll have to catch the rerun or something.

I feel kinda the opposite of that. I am getting bored/pissed at the shows. I guess I want to see something REALLY SCARY!! I just wish they had done a test question on that thing that supposedly answered yes and no questions. Ask it something like "Are you GW Bush"?" or "are you a martian" just to see if it answered!!!
