  • it also doesn't help that va. tech's most notable non-conference win was over St. John's. That might have helped circa 1985 but definitely not now.

    bingo.

it's funny, in the papers here in syracuse, they're saying that the selection committee still had SU in the running up to the end (personally, i think that's a load of shit...syracuse didn't deserve to be there this year), but the one thing that kept them out was the loss to pitt (up 11 with 3 minutes left and end up losing by 5)

watch out for SU next year, though. everyone is (hopefully) returning, plus we'll have rautins and devo back from injuries which will give some leadership on the court (one major thing that was lacking this season)...we'll definitely dance next year.

March Madness! I can't wait. I'll be in Raleigh on Friday and Sunday watching my Heels play. Should be some good matchups especially Davidson vs. the Zags on Friday.

    GO HEELS!

The fact is that we beat you at your place without one of our starters! As for baseball I can't wait, die hard Cubs fan!!

Cant say much bad about the Cubs this year. They look like they have a shot if their starters other than Zambrano do well. If they get Roberts then they really will kick ass.

Hopefully they can get Roberts, but these rumors have been going on forever. I'd especially like it since I hate wasting Soriano's power at the leadoff spot. Z has been money this spring and I expect it to continue. Bullpen will be solid but the 2-5 starters are the question mark.
