I just bought the 160 gig version to have my whole library lossless...I am converted. I love it, sound is great. Though no Flac support I have been happy. It does hang up from time to time because the album art feature takes up a lot of data(but it is so cool seeing album covers again, but I have been nothing but happy with mine so far. I did not want to get one, looked into to all the alternative, but comparing it do Cowan, Zune, and a few others there was just no comparison for what you get in price and user ease. Now that it can play gapless audio just no reason not to get one

    Go For it.

I have a zen creative v, which I like and an 80 gig ipod classic. I love both of them and they are both easy to use.
when you get confused just listen to the music play........

I dropped $250+ for a 4GB Nano Ipod in April 2006. I dropped $250+ for an 80GB Classic Ipod September 2007. I sold the 4GB Nano for $80 (off craigslist) - which went towards music to put on the new ipod. Since September, I've gone from a little over 1000 songs to a whopping 13,000 songs, with 22GB remaining.
I have a list of albums I uploaded since last September (some I've already deleted and burnt to disc). http://www.myspace.com/bill10
