5) What we see happening to Jack in the last episode is really the future? -- Yup, that is correct. And, TPTB have said that we will be seeing alot more "flashforwards" in season 4.
6) How come Locke’s father is on the island? -- Because The Others knew he would come in handy to use against both Sawyer and Locke.
7) Walt? He comes back?? -- That's the rumor. Michael has been confirmed as returning next season.
8) Who was that funeral for?? -- In my opinion...Ben. Although everyone has their own theories on that one.
9) How did Penny got in touch with them?? -- Remember at the end of Season 2 how she had the Portugese dudes working for her and when the hatch imploded it sent a signal to them?? Something having to do with that.

1) Who is Jacob? Jacob is definitely real. That is all we definitely know. Now whether he is human or just a presence trapped by Ben is a different story. All that we know what now is that he some sort of special ability and can communicate with Locke which made Ben jealous enough to try and kill Locke.
2) Who is Naomi? Naomi to the best of our knowledge is someone from off the island. I do not think she is an "Other" because Ben would not be so frantic to get in touch with her. Now who she was in contact with and whose side they are on is a mystery. She definitely did not know Penny and lied about everything on the show so we cannot believe any info she gave us.
3) Why Locke doesn’t want Jack to use the phone? What is it with Locke? Is he crazy?? Locke thinks that the Island brought them there for a reason. He has a special connection with island that allowed him to be healed and to see Jacob. Ben is jealous of this connection Locke has. Now, I think he is a bit batty at times, but all his actions are done for what he feels is best for everyone and the island even if at times they seem self-destructive and foolish. I think Locke somehow holds the key to the island and despite his best intentions it will be through him that the Losties will eventually find their way off the island.
4) This Richard dude, he never gets old? Yep, hopefully we'll find out why. But the actor who plays him signed a deal for a show on CBS and Lost is currently trying to negotiate to still have him appear on Lost once in awhile. Hopefully that happens because this would be a bad loose end to have hanging out there.

5) What we see happening to Jack in the last episode is really the future? I don’t think it is the actual future because during that epi Jack says to the other doctor something like “bring my father here and if he is drunker than me you can fire me”, but his father is dead right?
6) How come Locke’s father is on the island? Ok, you believe what he said to Sawyer about the way he got to the island?
7) Walt? He comes back?? If Walt comes back with Michael, since they are a combo, I hope Michael gets what he deserves for betraying his friends…
