he done really well. started on the bench but came on just after half time when we were a goal down.

looked really sharp although he hasnt trained with celtic yet. held it up really well and the hibs defence looked really rattled when he came on.

took his goal really well. mcgeady's shot hit the post and rebounded across the goal, he reacted really quickly and slotted it away.

he changed the game really. hope he can keep it up

Good to hear. Jan was always a hard working player. I think in Scotland he will get more respect then in Holland.

Is anybody following the basketball World Cup? I haven't been watching the games, but I'm following the results. Argentina is on quaterfinals...hopefully we'll win against Turkey on Tuesday. And if we get further, I can't wait to beat USA (hehehe...that's our little secret, eh? ;) )

Oh...and I don't make a thread about it because I'm gonna get egged by the Americans if I mention anything about Argentina :o apparently we're a big threat to their team... (with good reason :D hahaha)

No haven't seen anything, but I have been watching other channels maybe it was on, I don't know. Not overly excited by Basketball. If it follows on the same programme as I watch football on I stick around, but I won't go looking for it.

    Good luck against the Turks.

I don't really watch basketball either, in fact I haven't watched any of the games. But since it's the World Championship and stuff, I try to keep up to date with the results on the news. I really want Argentina to get the gold medal, just like in the 2004 Olympics :D it would be cool.

I've been following it... not watching every game but keeping up with the results, USA with Wade, LeBron and Carmelo Anthony are the strongest. But Argentina and Spain are looking pretty good too, Serbia didn't impress me at all and now they're out. USA vs Argentina in the fnal would be really fun to watch, I hope it happens....

The final will probably be USA vs. Arg. or USA vs. Spain.

USA is gonna seek revenge for what happened in 2004, but we all know this is NOT the year of revenges ;) history will repeat itself :D (SEE Brazil vs. France, Argentina vs. Germany, and Germany vs. Italy in the World Cup...hehehe :D )

Inter won the Italian Supercup against Roma 4-3, they were losing 3 -0 in the first half... Adriano played like shit and was substituted fro Crespo who scored a goal, Figo was the hero scoring the decisive goal. This seems like their year...
