    Thanks, everyone! A little under a week later, and we're still over the moon for her. She's a bit of a handful, but also learning a lot already (pretty sure the breeder at least familiarized her with a crate, because she didn't need prompting to lie down in hers).

    We had been thinking about getting one of her brothers at first, and were going to name him Boom Gasbark, but this little face just won us over. "Boom" didn't fit anymore, so we changed gears, but wanted to keep a PJ connection, and River Stone just felt right (as well as having a Doctor Who connection, too).

    God I miss my Kasey. Every now and then I will just get into a funk thinking of her. In one of those this morning. She was such a great pooch. Miss her so much.

    and Winnie continues to get ribbons. she is going to Aussie Nationals in Bryan, TX this fall. it’s a 23 hour drive. I told my wife “enjoy the drive!”
