  • Can you take a couple of days off? Maybe you just need a break. I don't tend to get depressed this time of the year but I do tend to feel worn out and more tired than usual. These days I'm asleep by 11pm  where it's normally 1am or whenever really.
    The Astoria??? Orgazmic!
    Verona??? it's all surmountable
Dublin 23.08.06 "The beauty of Ireland, right there!"
    Wembley? We all believe!
Copenhagen?? your light made us stars
    Chicago 07? And love
    What a different life
Had I not found this love with you

  • NYPJ1 and catefrancis - There's loads of stuff on the web but I picked this bit out becaue it's short.

'We know that light makes people feel positive and alive. We also know that it plays a big part in regulating our body clock and sleep patterns. For over 16 years, we've been using this natural science to create light therapy products that can benefit everyone.

If you work shifts or work in a windowless office, if you suffer with jet lag, seasonal affective disorder (SAD) or winter blues, if you have trouble sleeping or if you have trouble waking up…

If you simply want to feel better, then take a look at Lumie light therapy this Autumn.'

I'm not quite sure how much these things cost. The ones I was looking at were expensive but I only looked at one website.

Well, that's an advertisement. Obviously. But it's supposed to be quite effective.

It's worth looking into options. I don't suffer with SAD but I do know that after a while, music stops working for you and you may need other options.

if you don't take any advice from anyone, which is what people do when they're depressed, you really will hit rock bottom.

sounds like you need to try and give yourself a little shove in the right direction.

p.s. sorry if i'm being annoying. heheh

You must care a bit, otherwise you wouldn't be writing it on here. :)
