    ive gone to the same place since i was aprox 8 years old.

    still , to this day , 10 dollars.

    they shave you with the heated shave cream and they use the straight edge- then they use the brushes and powder-

    i go in every 6 months or so . old style.

    Yes, they are people too. And you can find some that are pretty good at it. There's one I visit near my parents place. I usually get one of three ladies whom all do an excellent job.. When I went to this local saloon, I told the lady I wanted a number 5 on the sides and back. She said, we don't do that here and proceeded to spend 45 minutes doing it by hand which ended up sucking anyways.. I know I'm paying more, but use the shaver for christs sakes, it will take 5 minutes and be even!

    Why pay more for a haircut when its not going to be any better? Only a girl would be worried about where they get their haircut. I know a lot of guys who cut their hair themselves.

    It's not about the price for me. I'll pay more if I know I'm going to get a better haircut.. so far I haven't run into that. All they do extra is pamper you and take their sweet ass time when you pay more. I don't want that. I want to be in and out. Get to the point. I'll wash and style my hair myself.

    I was just making the point that paying more doesn't mean better hair cut. From my experience, there's nothing wrong with Super Cuts.
