A: In a capitalistic society, major media networks will never shy away from war. In this scope, in America, historically, it comes in trends, and it invariably favors those with clout in media.
Q: Bush doesn't have clout in media. Not that I know of, anyway.
A: Those with clout in media can be anyone, really. The invariablity of which I speak has to do with those who can wage war. War is the bargaining tool. Most of the politics we see today in media is overseen exactly the same way that pro wrestling is.

Ok thats valid for me, thats the people taken care of, sort of, although there are other factors that manifest in people that renders the media nothing but a justification tool rather than a motivating factor, zenophobia, blood-lust, superiority complex, and there were a LOT that never bought it anyway.

So what was the motivation of the motivators?

Edit: or probably what was the motivation of the motivators motivators?

A: war is clout. the ability to wage war is clout.
    Q: it seems too simple.

It's a win-win situation for major media corporations and their investors.

In this case, the media was an EASY tool for the likes someone like Dubya, and the Bush family. It wasn't 9/11 that brought us Iraq. Iraq was inevitable in this administration one way or another.

    E. American People wanted revenge. Bush- has little man syndrome..so wanted to make his daddy proud....also he did think he was chosen by God to lead. Cheney-knew Bush had little man syndrome and capitalized on it. Rumfeld-Wacko that thought he knew it all.

That should have been the red flag.

It seems that around 75-80% of Americans are open to idiotic suggestions.

I say D, with the government using A, B, and C as a premise for justification to themselves and their constituents.

You've inspired a new thread in me!

Edit: no i couldnt find the words for that thread maybe later.

Anyway , i get what you're saying, cronyism on a world wide scale as opposed to solely in the us. This works probably better actually. The hilarious thing about it is the cronyism i read on here and other places concerning the whole thing, from people who aren't anywhere near even being cronies, tragically funny sycophants :)

What's that quote? "Just because I'm paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get me?" ;):D

I think we'll know a lot more about these current world events as time goes by. Yes the US went to war in Iraq. But they're not standing alone. Britian was in from early on and I'm pretty certain that Little Johnny committed Australians in a nanosecond. Like most things all the reasons and behind the scenes interactions will become apparent to Joe Citizen when more time has passed.
    NOPE!!!

Europe was fucking each other up pretty relentlessly for hundreds of years untill Hitler cam along and took it a just little too far, to put it mildly. Since then its been pretty peaceful, a real lesson was learnt i think. Maybe the current climate, maybe George Bush, is the massive dickhead who is fated to take that lesson world wide. Maybe this is the thing that makes enough people take notice of the fat cat crony nobheads who have established this bullshit version of mankind we're currently living in.

People have noticed specifics. That's why you get the kinds of protests you do about the war, which is obviously, FINALLY having some effect.
Not to mention the kinds of protests that happen every time the World Economic Forum rocks into town. Trouble is the only way we can really stop all this crap is to not support it. Europe may not be "warmongering" like George W but I suspect he too is just a puppet! The Europeans power brokers haven't done enough to stop George, and they certainly haven't been very outspoken about the kinds of inhumanity that is going on in the world. To me that's complicity. It's all about power and money in the end. So the only way we individually can really stop it is to not supply the finance wherever possible. And to make sure our voices are heard loud and clear when they appear to be going on their merry way, making plans for the rest of us that we don't like. And I think "the people" are making inroads. We are seeing much more community action and the common folk are standing up and being counted on issues like the war, and global warming, torture, the environment, slavery, hundreds of issues. People, ordinary people, just need to be informed, engaged and committed. :)

Yeah...the Reich was essentially seized (asset wise) and dismantled. Bush will still be running around in the background like a retarded Mario brother in Donkey Kong with massive truckloads of his murder cash.
