No I'm a white male & have known a lot of white males in my life... I don't want to kill anything unless it's a group of muslims that are trying to blow my skin open to the sky with liquid nitrogen.

And you are right, a lot of the time most people like to blame someone else for the problems in the world, or our country, or even our own lives when we do make choices at times that do not give us the results we want. I think while we can look at the powers that be and say that we agree or disagree with them, we would serve our causes better to find the person who represents our own state, as well as those who are petiitioning for the things that we would like to see happen or stop happening and write to them to find out what we can do to get our name on the petition or in a letter that will count as one more who wants to change things for the better as we see it.

Thanks. My perceptions always hinge on emotions first, too. I make sure I own my emotions and feel them. I also give them a name, because that way I run them through linear/logical brain centres, which means I integrate them. Then I let them go and await higher awareness. This process is always followed by receiving wisdom and insights beyond what I normally see as my own view, on the subject in question. Sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes a day. There is nothing like perceiving holistically and realistically. And this method is backed up by brain science. The bottom line to this is that I always value and feel all my emotions, even "bad" ones. I just don't fool myself into thinking my emotions, upsets, or anger are about others, because they are not. Therefore, I don't give myself license to project them onto others.

You made a lot of good points Angelica, Id like to point out the fact that not only are they detained in airport vessles for months at a time - but even their own children aren't allowed to see them for cumbersome stretches. If we're to live amongst one another & with each other amongst ourselves, we need to start treating Muslims with proper placement in the line of dignity - I won't draw in the sand if they cross it.

I am amazed once more that when I read others' posts, I often see things I didn't see before. This is the case here.

I was convinced that this is ok. And in cases when logic points to the guilt of someone, then I don't care what color you are, you did it, deal with it.
But then someone told me here that the reason we are 'fucked with" is that we are in a position that we often do not respect others and so we are often hated here in America. Now,that said, I will say that on 9/11 all those who died in the World Trade Center were also innocent people that the Iraqi's should not have targeted. They did nothing to deserve this. And our fine soldiers who enlisted for causes such as these, were very brave to fight for this cause.

But we can't say that we are angered by the WorldTrade Center bombing by Osama Bin Laden and his terrorists and yet then go and kill the very people that are also endangered by the terrorism in their own country of Iraq.

What happened to the point that we were helping them? Is there not one who will say that we are doing that?

I agree with many points you made. I have to live amongst Muslims in everyday society, yes - even in the USA.
When I go to college I get chills every time I see a Muslim - about every 30 minutes or so, if there's just one Muslim in my class & I look at them once every 30 minutes & get chills. It's not them slaying dogs that annoys me... Alaska has sled dogs & that doesn't annoy me either. I don't really like their fashion sense though in this country.
I just think if someone is gonna come to this country they shouldn't do crap that represents another country, like wearing a hat or a kilt - whatever the name of that thing is Muslims have on their head, a Burka? But I agree with you that they CAN be dangerous.

National security isn't like one of your golfing buddies that you can jab in the side with a sharp pen "playfully". We have 50 states in the United States of America & every one of them is worth stating an emergency for incase one were to happen. For example, you don't see a bunch of Muslims doing terroists attacks on everything in this country now that we tell them how to dress.
