SCOTUS Tells Obama To Produce Birth Certificate Dec 1st deadline

Wow....this one's going right to the wall.

http://therightperspective.com/wordpress/?p=311

"Lawyer Philip Berg’s lawsuit questioning Barack Obama’s “natural born” status has entered a do-or-die phase after the Supreme Court has ordered the president-elect to produce his birth certificate by December 1st.

Berg, who appealed his case to America’s highest court, was told by Justice David Souter’s Clerk that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied. The Clerk also required the defendants (Obama, the DNC, and FEC) to respond to the Writ of Certiorari by December 1. At that time, Obama must present an authentic birth certificate to the Court, which has been sealed by Hawaii governor Linda Lingle. Berg will get to respond afterwards.

Failure to do that will surely inspire the skepticism of the Justices in Obama, who are not used to being defied. The Court will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.

“I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says attorney and writer Raymond S. Kraft. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect.”

Obama’s own campaign website has stated the president-elect was a Kenyan citizen until 1982. Audio of Obama’s Kenyan grandmother saying he was born in Kenya has recently surfaced.

On December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution."

In light of Obama’s refusal to provide his birth certificate to the court in answer to Berg’s lawsuit; if it turns out that Obama is not a natural born citizen as defined by the constitution, then one can only conclude that his intention all along was to create a constitutional crisis, forcing the Supreme Court to decide between overturning Section I Article II of the constitution, or unseating a popularly elected President - either of which would undermine the very fabric of our constitutional form of government.

If he’s not a natural born citizen and they overturn Section I Article II, half the country will revolt because the SCOTUS ignored the constitution.

If he’s not a natural born citizen and they unseat him according to the constitution, half the country will revolt because the man they chose as President will be removed by the courts.

That is a no-win situation, and reeks of totalitarian divide-and-conquer.

I pray, quite earnestly, that Barack Hussein Obama is indeed a natural born citizen of the United States of America, and that he has the documentation to prove it.

I'd like to see some other sources write opinion on this information.
Can't wait to see where this goes.
hope it does NOT get crazy,
    and that WE are crazy!
    ;)

Please be a citizen Obama. PLEASE!
    :(

  • If it turns out that he was not born in the US, what do you do?

You can't change the rules for one person but there would be an uprising if he was deemed ineligible. A lose-lose for everyone.

"In late July, a researcher looking to dig up dirt on Obama instead found a birth announcement that had been published in the Honolulu Advertiser on Sunday, Aug. 13, 1961:

    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v322/rayne0505/announcementclose-up.jpg

The announcement was posted by a pro-Hillary Clinton blogger who grudgingly concluded that Obama "likely" was born Aug. 4, 1961 in Honolulu.

Of course, it's distantly possible that Obama's grandparents may have planted the announcement just in case their grandson needed to prove his U.S. citizenship in order to run for president someday. We suggest that those who choose to go down that path should first equip themselves with a high-quality tinfoil hat. The evidence is clear: Barack Obama was born in the U.S.A."

this is fucking embarrassing... its as embarrassing as watching John McCain trying to clutch at straws that have been strategically placed above head height.

  • Seriously, why would he go through the whole damn process for over 2 years if he knew he couldn't win. He would be the biggest idiot ever if he thought he could just win then drop this on us. I mean use logic here.

I think there is pride involved here. Obama's campaign could of got all of this to slide just by providing the certificate in the first court case. Now the supreme court is involved and theyre "forcing" him to provide it. The guy behind the lawsuit probably already knows he's a citizen but feels he would win if he gets your president-elect to provide his certificate.

  • Every one of us has to play by the rules. If WE don't, WE are held accountable. Our government has given itself the authority to read our mail, e-mail, listen to our phone conversations, and get involved of every aspect of our life. We have been robbed of our gold and have been given paper in return. The media used to focus on exposing fraud in our government, but has since chaned it's tune, and directed all of its attention away from Washington, and toward Britney Spears' often-exposed vagina.

What I'm getting at is, why shouldn't we get as involved in making the demands of our leaders, when they demand so much information about us? Our privacy is gone, theirs was never even supposed to exist, hence the word PUBLIC. What's worse is, they use our tax dollars to help enshroud themselves in secrecy.

If we have to follow the law, so should they. It's that simple. If Obama has to prove his birth here 2 or 3 times, it's no price for him to pay with the millions of dollars that man has made in campaign contributions.

grasping at straws? ridiculous? desperate? sad? sour grapes? you obama supporters are sure fuckin sensitive, huh?
If it's as cut and dry as you think it is, why the venom and wasted energy defending it?

People are asking questions. I don't think ANYONE wants this to be true, and very very few would like to see the Rep stay in office b/c of something like this (or whateverthehell would happen if it was true).
You guys are making it sound like this thread is being pushed by McCain people, which is obviously not the case.

  • "We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. "

Well it does seem to be accessible to some people to touch and fondle. Now someone else wants to touch and fondle it.

I think that Obama was born in outer space. He's from another galaxy. Does that make him ineligible?
