so in other words, bush did it? he allowed those guys to get in the planes, he allowed the missile to hit the pentgon, he allowed the bombs to be planted in the buildings, got it. might want to re-phrase you other post on who you think made bitches out of us.

whats saudi have to do with this? although I dont like that we give them guns either

That's the claim. There were lots of claims going into Iraq that didn't pan out.

The fact remains that for years now they have people in their region shooting it up.This is going to wear on a lot of very normal people over time that normally wouldn't do anything to harm anyone otherwise.

I'm at the point now that I immediately distrust what I'm told until I can see evidence of it otherwise.

...kinda a fool me twice shame on me scenario.

I bet that fat fuck Cheney has never won a fight in his life. He's probably been beat up countless times. he never fought for this country...and dodged the vietnam draft for a long time. However...he has no problems sending our youth to war to fight for his investments.

Um...what Saudi's have to do w/ this is that 17/21 of the 911 Terrorists were Saudi's. (yet..you'd sooner have an alien come and eat lunch w/ you then for the U.S. gov't to mention that anytime soon!)
If you care so much About America...you should start researching a bit more and not eating up the propaganda our government is spoon feeding you!

    I stand corrected.

so without our air force we would be dead huh? wow yea dumbest thing I ever heard.

just to prove my point, America spends almost 450 billion on military spending. the next closest is china at almost 70 billion. I dont necessarily like that but its a fact. we use the M1A1/2 Abrams main battle tank which is, by far, the worst powerful tank in the world. it cant be touched. and over 1.1 highly trained military soldiers. any enemy could never get close enough to kill us. unless of course you plant homemade bombs in the street and remote detonate from a mile away. that al queda is pretty clever.

just on sheer spending alone gives us the upper hand on equipment from A to Z but without an air force we'd be dead? again, truly is the dumbest thing I ever heard, coming from you i'm not surprised. you want to know who'd be dead without the US on its side? little shit country called canada. have a nice day.

You might not like Canada, but Canada didn't follow the US into Vietnam. We didn't follow you guys into Iraq either. Both were two huge fuckups and we knew it in advance. There was no justification.

Now the US has some of our politicians bought out with money deals, so now were being coerced into towing some invisible line in Afghanistan.

Everyone likes Canada....we are a peaceful country. No one wants to harm us. It's quite the concept, don't fuck with people and they won't want to do the same. That can be tested and proven anytime, anywhere and by anybody. Go try it with your neighbor...it will become apparent very quickly.

It's pretty much a universal concept, unfortunately for the US it goes far back long before 9/11 as a failure.

    good point. The Taliban...NOT IRAQ!

and if you think the biggest terrorist attack was not supported somewhat by the Saudi Gov't or society at large...then you are kidding yourself. that shit didn't happen in a bubble. We ignore that because they produce so much oil...Bush has to walk litterally...hand in hand w/ there leader!

there were no terrorists on 911 of Iraqi...or Afghani decent....

yup. it was until after we went in did al queda in iraq appear. so that could be argued for a reason to stay. but to go in? cuz of WMD bullshit...bad idea.

I also agree. Iraq became al queda fly paper after we went in. at this point, I believe al queda would loose support from extremist if we left Iraq. but I would hate to be wrong.

I agree. I like that policy. but oil is a commodity that is a necessity in this world. and the extremists middle east has alot of it. hell if I know what to do about that. i'm not happy war and military spending seem to be an option

Do you find it acceptable that (the United States Military and this Administration) have invaded and attacked Iraq, killed hundreds upon thousands of people; as a response to 9/11?

What exactly did Iraq and Saddam have to do with 9/11?

That's the equivelent of me attacking Rhode Island because Montana attacked me.

Actually, historically speaking; that's no where to being true.

It certainly works in practice a good portion of the time.

But history is littered with countries/cities/towns/villages who never fucked with anyone and were minding their own business, yet, were attacked/invaded by their neighbors (and in many cases.......enemies from very far away). Usually by those praising Jesus and Allah.

List a few, so they can be discussed. Right now that statement is only hypothetical rhetoric to me.
