WASHINGTON — President Bush charged Thursday that Iran continues to arm and train insurgents who are killing U.S. soldiers in Iraq, and he threatened action if that continues.
At a news conference Thursday, Bush said Iran had been warned of unspecified consequences if it continued its alleged support for anti-American forces in Iraq. U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker had conveyed the warning in meetings with his Iranian counterpart in Baghdad, the president said.
Bush wasn't specific, and a State Department official refused to elaborate on the warning.

Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

Fuck this "alleged" shit ... prove it, or shut the fuck up.
 Hey, by the way ...
does our country have a domestic policy anymore?
I mean, besides striving for an absolute totalitarian police state, do we have a fucking civic agenda !?!If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?0

I'm still amazed on how (the) Bush (administration) got the world to hate and distrust the US (gov) so fast... Gimme a sec to realise what is said in the article...0

It will be by bombing them repeatedly and that will be all. The only thing the States have going for them is their air force. If it weren't for that, they would be dead in the sand long ago. You've changed your place in this world!0

do you find it acceptable that Iran is helping kill American soldiers?RolandTD20Kdrummer wrote:Thu, August 9, 2007

just to prove my point, America spends almost 450 billion on military spending. the next closest is china at almost 70 billion. I dont necessarily like that but its a fact. we use the M1A1/2 Abrams main battle tank which is, by far, the worst powerful tank in the world. it cant be touched. and over 1.1 highly trained military soldiers. any enemy could never get close enough to kill us. unless of course you plant homemade bombs in the street and remote detonate from a mile away. that al queda is pretty clever.
just on sheer spending alone gives us the upper hand on equipment from A to Z but without an air force we'd be dead? again, truly is the dumbest thing I ever heard, coming from you i'm not surprised. you want to know who'd be dead without the US on its side? little shit country called canada. have a nice day.0

Those ground campaigns are coming along well in Iraq and Afgan I see. Tell me more about the gains you are making without your air force. Funny I don't see those tanks rolling through the mountains of Afgan. As a matter of fact there is nothing going on there but bombing from the air. As for Iraq. We can go back to the last foray into that country. How many days and nights added up did you bomb and are still bombing from? Why? Because your troops and ground game ache.
Little country? When was the last time your country came to our aide? Oh wait for the answer boy. Never! You've changed your place in this world!0

actually, I wish we spent alot LESS on military spending. I wish we would pull back many of our forces from around the world. but hey, i'm just one guy. I was merely stating facts0

if we actually had some ground forces in afgah things would be different. NATO is running the show over there. as for Iraq, yea its tough over there. we are fighting a ghost. leaves some bombs on the side of the road and deonate from a mile away, or better yet, suicide bomb any american convoy you see. we dont do that.even flow? wrote:Those ground campaigns are coming along well in Iraq and Afgan I see. yea you sure dont. its one of the remote areas on earth. and um, we are wasting time in Iraq.even flow? wrote:Funny I don't see those tanks rolling through the mountains of Afgan. As a matter of fact there is nothing going on there but bombing from the air.
there is 10 times more ground action then bombings from the air in Iraq.even flow? wrote:As for Iraq. We can go back to the last foray into that country. How many days and nights added up did you bomb and are still bombing from? Why? Because your troops and ground game ache.
if it wasnt for us, a bunch of college kids from norway would cruise onto your shores in paddle boats with sharpened sticks and a sling shots and make you their bitch.even flow? wrote:Little country? When was the last time your country came to our aide? Oh wait for the answer boy. Never!0

We agree that you are wasting your time in Iraq. Wow!
Bitches? You mean like people who are allowed into your country and then fly jets into buildings. Then make you run all over the world supposedly looking for somebody. BITCH! Is right! You've changed your place in this world!0

well we are fighting al queda in iraq, so its not a total waste. but I would rather be in afgah fighting the taliban and maybe throwing some bombs over into pakistan's tribal area.even flow? wrote:We agree that you are wasting your time in Iraq. Wow!
