I personally love Bill but thought some of my friendly O'Reilly haters would enjoy this. Made me chuckle a bit but at it's core is rather sad.

    I got hooked on watching Fox News and Bill o'Rielly/Hannity & Colmes mainly due to work. I now actually watch FN, BOR and how they go about broadcasting their kind of news, it can insure a laugh. :)

    It blows my mind that one network out of a hundred leans right while the others lean left and people only bash the one leaning right for leaning right.

    They are as similar as apples and oranges. The Daily Show does not try to pass itself off as a legitimate news source, but the Factor does.

    Exactly, like Jon Stewart said on Crossfire, The Daily Show is a COMEDY show, not a news show. Compare it to the Simpsons, or This Hour Has 22 Minutes, NOT Anderson Cooper 360.

    there is no major network that balances fox. Fox is so far right they slam neutrality and spin it neocon. No network on any other program does that.

    Ball washing? What are you on about? Did this so-called ball-washing strip the country of it's constitutional rights? Did this ball-washing just hand over £700 billion of taxpayer money to Wall St? Did this ball-washing get the US stuck in Vietnam Part II? I'm curious as to how many senseless deaths and innocent lives this ball-washing caused.

    and that's a balance to the entire Fox news network? You're talking about 1 program that's what, an hour, a half hour? Please. Fox is on 24 hours a day.
    This one show couldn't possibly counter that.

    I'll agree to that. But the Daily show does have a pro left vibe to it. Fox goes for the older conservative crowd with shows like O'Reilly factor that use anger and outrage to piss off viewers as a way to twist facts. The Daily Show pans to the younger liberal crowd with humor and edited clips of politicians that are so taken out of context; they can make anyone seem completely fucked up. Don't get me wrong, that shit is funny; if you watch it enough you can see it has an agenda at its core.

    Just my two cents. Not fact.

    the daily show might be the only accurate news program on tv. And admittedly, they are a fake news program.

    fox supports Mccain. But when a show like the daily show quotes mccain as saying he wouldn't even vote for an immigration bill he proposed, it makes you wonder.
