    This time it might be for real. Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones could soon be forced to stop airing his Infowars show and give up the company's property, including everything from desks and microphones to the Infowars brand name.

    i will believe it when it happens. dude owes a billion dollars. he has more lives than jason voorhees. at this point i don't feel like he will ever be silenced or bankrupted.

    it feels like these massive damages awarded in cases like this are just symbolic at this point.

    Infowars host Alex Jones had argued that a judge was wrong to find him liable for defamation and infliction of emotional distress without holding a trial on the merits of allegations lodged by relatives of victims of the shooting, which killed 20 first graders and six educators in Newtown, Connecticut.

    My thoughts on Alex? I have seen a few bits he has done without deeply considering what he says in his videos and streams a ton but overall he isn't someone who regularly gets my attention. 

    One night, at a time I was in Seattle, I was checking some of a video of his out and someone I respected a bit began kind of knocking that I or anyone with my life experiences would give him attention. He also sounded like he didn't appreciate that Alex was in internet appearances had been leading people from one theory to another largely through audience fears, and insecurities. 

    From then on I dropped my interest in most of what he has had to say.

    Perhaps I might re-try Alex sometime in the future.. Like I might try to catch a couple of episodes or shows and then try sharing with ppl whatever I may think about it.
