Kat is going to ban me because she has obvious bias towards some members on this forum and I refuse to apologize to Thumbingmyway for calling him "thick" after he continiously labelled me Anti-American.

Looks like I'm the one getting banned. If you can wrap your head around that logic, then well.... I guess you have some kind of intelligence.

    At this point, I really don't care much. If it wasn't for say, you, Jeanie, Byrnzie, Abook, El_Kabong and the others around here that can have a reasoned debate. Shit, I mean even rargh-rargh-brownstar and I had a spat but worked it out through PM's. So we are good. But some of these jokers like Jlew and Last Exodus, they are allowed to just poison this place by calling everyone Nazis and Anti-American. I keep getting repeatedly banned for little things while they continue to spread their bullshit.

    So at this point, I'm really not caring about this forum. This isn't a Pearl Jam forum, this is Jlew's forum and people that think like him.

    Apparently yes, you can call someone "Nazi", "Anti-Semite", "Anti-American", "Pro-Death" or "Small-Minded" and all that is ok, but if you call Thumbingmyway "thick" then your up for ban.

Having an unbiased opinion (i have agreed and disagreed w/ your thoughts in previous threads) you seemed to be the aggresor in that thread, not exodus or thumbing or whoever it was.

    I started a thread about an issue and they labelled me "Anti-American" and Last Exodus proceeded to spout racial slurs about French people and also called me a "nazi" before I said anything about Thumbingmyway being "Thick" and "Fucking" give me a break, that as stated above, is one of Eddie's favorite words.

    So, it's ok to call someone a "Nazi" but not a "fucking Nazi"? Is that your point?

    I'm not saying the use of the word "fuck" deserves a banning. It adds a bit of hatred or something to an insult.

    Ahnimus, I haven't seen anybody call you a Nazi, anti-American or whatever you've been called but i agree that would probably be deserving of a ban in my book as well. So, I guess what i'm trying to say is, that both of you should probably be banned for a little bit so cooler heads can take over.

    They are usually quicker to ban. Maybe they thought I would just crumple under their authority. Guess my main problem here is that I have a spinal column and I don't just take crap. Which is why I won't apologize to Thumbingmyway.

    life is hard like that. ive probly gotten "time outs" from kat 5-6 times from things ive posted in this forum. i think i deserved every one of em too. but i dont make posts whining about it. so let it go man, on the scale of important shit in life, this ranks pretty low. they cant catch everything, but when they think someone's crossing a line, they cut you off to let you cool down. besides, it's a pearl jam message board, not the floor of the us senate. nobody ever claimed it was some sort of 1st amendment paradise... there are guidelines at the very top of the page. you break em, you go. but you're still posting, so quit whining.

    I gotta agree. I like having you around. Sometimes I agree with you and other times not so much but I've always appreciated your presence. That said, I do think you need to chill a bit cause a month from now, you might have gone down blazing, but you'll be gone and the mods (whether you think they are right or wrong) will come out on top. Its not worth the "glory".

    Sorry Thumbingmyway. I get upset when people make accusations like that and it happens all the time on the AMT. I get sick of it, and especially when I solely get banned for something as "benign" as "thick" next to "nazi" and "anti-american".

    It might help to stop asking for explanations from people who incapable of backing up the rhetoric they spew. It's purely nonsense and not worth getting under your skin. I've learned to ignore their same old crap while at the same time being thankful that most of us out there are nothing like them.

    And if you still can't help but be irritated by them use your ignore function. I mean, let's face it...you know what they're gonna say before they type it, anyways. :)

    To be honest. I was replying to about 15 posts at the same time and confused Thumbingmyway with the others also calling me Anti-American. Thumbing still said it, but in "nicer" words I suppose.
