You don't have to run and hide away
It's okay, it's okay
I love you anyway

I have major love for that song too. I've done a few marathon listening sessions of that one and also Wishlist.
In the non-PJ realm, my favorite fixations are Hey Jude (Beatles) and Jealous Guy. John Lennon's original is beautiful, but there are very good covers by Bryan Ferry, Black Crowes and yes, even Rod Stewart.

Late at night I hear the trees, they're singing with the dead...overhead...”

If it's not a Pearl Jam song, then any Beatles song, with the exception of The Long & Winding Road (The Long & Boring Drone).
But it looks like it's supposed to be a PJ song, so that would be Black for me, although I couldn't get SOLAT out of my head all day yesterday.
