Its the world's largest lender. If the United States wasn't backing it (via economic intitutions) there would be no IMF or WB.

I think you are confused about how the power structure operates in the US. At the top there is virtually no distinction between economic intitutions and gov't, other than the economic ones have no accountabilty.

Your right though, that 90% probably isn't accurate, its probably higher.

the american military hasnt killed hundreds of thousands of Iraqis. 10s of thousands yes. the centuries old war between shiits and sunnis have accounted for most of the deaths. so I guess Iraqis are the ones with the teeth.

i'm sure you are as happy to see as I that those incidents have been declining dramatically in recent months.
