    'nuff said.

Q: Cosmo was inflicted with patriotism, and this was your reply?
A: I love baseball, man. He loves hockey. We have shared sports passions.
    Q: I hear you're from Minnesota.
A: Yes, yes, the fucking hockey capital of the US, if you ask anyone from there.
    Q: Did you play?
A: Yeah, we played it when I was a kid. If my folks hadn't moved, I would have played with the Broten brothers at the same High School.
    Q: Really?
A: I could have been an Olympian and NHL all-star.
    Q: what happened?
    A: I joined the Marines.

We'd pass out movies of that John Candy movie canadian bacon and get informed on how to fight against them.

    YOU WOULDN'T DARE!

In all seriousness, at the outset of the cold war, Canada had the choice to side with Russia instead of the US, mainly due to common language. It is speculated that if we'd sided with Russia, the US would have had no choice but to invade Canada.

Just wondering if Americans ever take that for granted ? It occupies the entire northern border of the U.S., and it has the largest uranium deposits in the world. It'd be interesting if it ever decided it wanted to go nuclear. And what if the relationship was to sour, as it has numerous times in the past 200 years or so ?

I think I'd have to move.

Hmmm, this is interesting......dozens of radioactive devices are either lost or stolen in Canada in the last 5 years. Some of them could definitely be used to make bombs:

  • The world would be essentially screwed for quality maple syrup...aside from Maine , Vermont etc... which we consider Canada Anyways.. :D

And there would be a serious shortage of laid back cool people in North America. This would suck definitely.

The U.S. has already invaded Canada. Remember the "you are either with us or against us" altimatum given to Canada in 1812? Then Canada with the Brittish army WTF pwned the U.S.

We went as far as to burn down the capital. It's not that we had a stronger military back then, we were just smarter, and I'm willing to wager the same thing would happen again. As long as the pussy in the White House doesn't use nukes. Which they probably would, for in order for the U.S. to declare war on Canada, they'd have to declare war on the world.

I submit the U.S. would have to take on Brittain, Russia, Japan, China, etc.. in order to invade Canada. The U.S. might be bigger, but we have more friends. It would be WWIII and it would end with the destruction of the U.S. infrustructure. The country would likely be divided up into foreign controlled territories. It would be the end of the United States of America.

That's my guess anyway. Someone would just cap the president. Americans need a leader to follow, Canadians only have Prime Ministers to laugh at.

lol...so true... come to think of it, I don't think I've liked any Canadian PM thus far. Maybe Kim Campbell out of sympathy. Actually.....no....still no.

I think it's every Canadian's past time to hate and mock every elected PM in Canada.

Chretien was by far the most comedic and easy to laugh at though. Rick Mercer cut his teeth so well on that guy :D
