do you always answer a question with a question? pot has been illegal for over 100 years I think?
but you claim its unconstitutional because big bad government is taking away your god given right to have fun.
You realize that marijuana was made illegal because of a government\big business spread fear of "The DRUG CRAZED NEGRO", right?
It was a scam.
Congress can pass whatever the fuck law they want.
It is the job of the Supreme Court to rule such laws unconstitutional.
In this case, i simply blame all three branches of government.
The assholes in congress who wrote it, the fucker that signed it, and the shitbags that have for 100 years refused to rule it unconstitutional.
You avoided my question, which was a socratic response to yours.
I don't care what congress says.
IS IT CONSTITUTIONAL?
I hear what you are saying and i detest it.
The crux of your arguments today have revolved around one stance: "The constitution doens't mean shit. Even though it created this whole system including congress, I think that congress should be above the constitution, and whatever they say goes, regardless of the law that created their authority."
Do or do you not deny that you have consistently represented your arguments on the grounds of simple disregard for constitutional freedom and liberty? If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?0 -

am I on trial here on something? sorry but I just dont see how pot being illegal is unconstitutional just because you are a pothead.
write a letter to your congressmen and tell him you want it legalized. there are plenty of avenues you can take besides bitching about our government on a message board.0 -

Try asking yourself one more time, "how do i see pot being illegal as being specificaly constitutional."
?
On what grounds does the government have a right to tell me what i can and cant injest in my own body?
THEY DO NOT.
You aren't on trial, but your statements certainly hold you accountable to scrutiny. If I was to smile and I held out my hand

We're about 10 - 20 years from Interior Visas.
Because the government needs to know where you are at all times, and to be able to trace your steps in case something goes wrong. its neccesary for our safety. And your safety is far more important than your freedom.
Patrick Henry was wrong when he said ""Give me liberty or give me death." What he should have said was "PLEASE DONT FUCKING KILL ME MAN!! I'll DO ANYTHING YOU WANT, JUST LET ME LIVE!!!"0 -

I don't think Canada is going RFID...just the hologram glowing blingy thing so the US border guards can look at them and go all googly eyed and trip balls...

What's so special about a blingy hologram?I necessarily have the passion for writing this, and you have the passion for condemning me; both of us are equally fools, equally the toys of destiny. Your nature is to do harm, mine is to love truth, and to make it public in spite of you. - Voltaire0 -

It harder to copy the bling, and still wear a turban,, so the US says it's ok.
More people drive into the US than fly as approx 40% of Canadians carry passports. The US is/was demanding passports so this is our workaround to pacify them

Why is it that you always have to say this? As if people living in the US are paying more attention to what are gov't is doing or trying to selectively implement. Half the country are totally complacent as what our governing body is doing.
So if someone outside this country cares enough to voice his or her opinion and is up to date on our government's actions.....Well more power to them, we need more people paying attention from outside the US or we become exactly what this administration wants..Non Political Zombies.

some folks just dont get it, wont get it, or cant get it...
they will boast how great the country is, then allow what makes it great to be stolen from them... all with a shrug... "i dont do anything wrong"...

do you know anything about the Patriot Act? if so, feel free to expand.
I'm not sure he will....remember he has nothing to hide and man have I ever heard that line many times before or when the Patriot Act was being enacted.
"If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about". it's only for our National Security.....Pure nonsense.

I used to get so pissed off at shit like this. Still do-To a lesser extent. Almost given up on society at this point. If it can't stand up for itself its really not worth getting worked up about. If protesters don't get out of there quaranteened innefectual zones they aren't protesting at all. If ppl don't see something wrong with National ID cards they deserve the consequnces.0

yes I do. do you know what the Security and Freedom Ensured Act is? I bet you dont. look it up.
there are 300 million people living in this country. you seem to think the government is out to get you, but its not. the patriot act is not designed to go after you. there are enough good people in government looking to uphold the constitution and maintain our freedoms. we live in a free country, sometimes that exposes us to people who want to harm us. the patriot act is there to try and catch them.
you are drifitin seriously need to get laid. life's not so bad.0 -

He's right, you're not at the center of the universe as you would seem to indicate. Are you going to like beat him up or something?
