    Poverty isn't the issue. You don't have to have money to have a happy family and happy child. However, a neglected child IS very much an issue. I think if you examine the general population, individuals who where neglected as children usually fair far less well then non-neglected children.

    No. I am just in favor of giving a kid the best environment to become a self-sufficient, decent human. I think the death penalty is far over-used. Never understood how someone who shoots somebody in a robbery should lose their life--spend it in prison yes, get the needle, no. Then I read about individuals like Bundy, Gacy, and Dahmer. You have to put that shit down. They truly are a waste of sperm and eggs.
