    I don't see how people are complaining about ticket prices when other high profile bands are charging way more than 70-80$ a piece. I.E. Rolling Stones, The Police, etc...

    I have no problem at all paying these ticket prices, its not really that bad in comparison.

    I hate to play the age card, BUT....... When I was kid, probably before a lot of you were born, there was one way to get tickets only. Go buy em at Ticketmaster or Ticketron. You waited in line, and hoped you were there early enough to get decent seats. Imagine that. No Fan clubs, No pre-sale, No internet. Not even telephone tickets early on.

    I know it is a pain in the ass trying to get through. But, it is still 100 x's better than when I was trying to get my Zeppelin tix for the Garden back in 1977.

    it was something we used to say when we were kids, when somebody didn't get their way and started to whine and cry we would say "baby, baby stick your head in gravy." I'm not even sure what it means. I have no idea why a whinning baby should stick their head in gravy, but it felt appropriate for this thread.

    They get what ticketmaster gives them, and the tickets will be slightly higher with the extra chargers thru ticketmaster. Besides you can still get tickets, just not pesale

    I agree in some regard.

    I was extremely annoyed when I couldn't get tickets, but I kept on trying and finally got tickets.

    It's not Pearl Jam's fault, they're providing a service which is as said before, a privalage. They are trying to do their best by the fans, and they are!

    The problem I think, is with people who get tickets for both nights, when there is people who desperately tried and got none. I think there should be, obviously tickets available for those who want to go twice! I would kill to go twice! But, the people who didn't get any should have preference over those who got the first night etc.

    Oh well, I was lucky, I know how annoyed you must all be who didn't get them, I'm flying from Ireland to go and see them for the first time, a week after my FINAL exams in school. Pearl Jam have been my teenage years and to finally see them JUST as I finish school is quite poignant.

    Pearl Jam are still fantastic. Regardless of how hard it was to get tickets.
