OJ Shouldnt be put in jail

What has pissed me off to no end is the way this case is being talked about.

Many people seem to be in agreeance that oj killed two people.

Additionally its pretty much proven that LA Police attempted to frame oj for the crime. I mean, heres one example. They go to the crime scene. They collect DNA. Instead of taking that DNA to the lab to test it, the police take the DNA HOME!!! Thats illegal, unprofessional and illegal. On that basis alone the jury was right for letting oj walk. Mark Fuhrman was THE witness for prosecutors, and he was a RACIST. That tells you something about the police, and how serious they took the oj case.


Then you have the second trial, where despite being found innocent, he is ordered to pay 33 million to the Goldmans.

You have Nicole Simpsons sister and the Goldmans milking the tragedy for all its worth, making money off OJ's book. I mean, its gross how often they appear on tv. They are exploiting Ron and Nicoles deaths. Thats sick and disgusting.

You have Mark Fuhrman on tv, giving his opinion. A noted racist appearing on tv giving his views. Why is he credible?

OJ shouldnt be given life in prison or even 30 years. He was found innocent in 1994 or 95 of the murders. He cant be tried again. He was tried two times. A third time would be criminal. There is something called double jeopardy folks!

His crime: he pulled a gun on someone and stole merchandise. He didnt fire the gun. He didnt kill anyone. he didnt harm anyone.

How is 30 years to life imprisonment justice?

He brandished a gun for godssake!

OJ should be left alone. Maybe he should spend 6 months in jail, but more than that is crazy.

He committed robbery. Thats it.

yeah but he got away with murder. so because of that, he is gonna be judged more harshly on whatever he does.. the man is a fool to have done what he did.

oh and when you commit a robbery with a weapon, the intention is to use that weapon if need be as far as im concerned. therefore the penalty should be harsher.

I think pulling a gun is actually a pretty serious crime. We saw what he did with a knife. Luckily I have not been staring down the barrel of a gun but I daresay I would pee my pants and cry.

Not only is the evidence overwhelming, but OJ acts guilty as hell every time he's in the media.

The prosecution sucked, they played the race card. He got off because of Johnny and a few technicalities.

Like it or not, there is a completely different set of criteria for finding someone liable in a civil case vs. guilty in a criminal case.

he was not found innocent. he was convicted in civil court. what is sick is years after being acquitted in criminal court, he tried to release a book called "how i did it"... oh yeah, it was only how i WOULD have done it. cos lots of people write hypothetical books about how they might have committed murders they were accused of.

It's the most arrogant display of guilt by writing that book. If that cocksucker was truly saddened and empty from the loss of his wife, he would have never written that book. Clearly the biggest douche bag moved we've seen anyone pull off in "our time." I hope the Las Vegas prosecution team does their homework on this one. Put this scumbag of society away.
