    if they are not in your profile you probably dont have tix.
    this happens every time. its in the process of charging but the site crashes and the transaction is not complete.

    Both my friend and I were able to put our CC in and then the server crashed. We both had pending charges on our CC. He had the tickets in his profile and I didn't. So I am assuming he received them and I didn't. Which is fine since he is taking me. :)

    This ticketing network system is rubbish.

    Needs to be massively updated by limiting members to one login only instead of multiple from various IPs. Also should be large enough to accomodate a number of customers that equals exactly 1/2 the number of available tickets all at one time.

    OR they could go back to the days of mail-order, 3x5 cards and manual filing. Either way would be better than what we have now.

    call them. i used the 800 number in contacts and they answered all of my questions about over charging and not getting an email.

    As much as I envy you guys since I don't even have the opportunity since I live in Maryland and wouldn't be able to make any of the shows, I find it ridiculous that everytime something goes on sale, this happens. Surely, this organization should be able to invest in some better technology. I can't imagine going through this much torture to get tickets and then having to deal with the fallout if your card does get charged 3 times or not knowing if you even have tickets and whether to keep trying. I could understand if this was a one time problem, but this message board lights up like this everytime anything goes on sale. Have they not picked up on the fact that people want this stuff, be it tickets, posters, CDs, books, etc? With the money that has to be coming in, I think it's time for an investment in some better technology. Do other fanclubs have this issue? This is the only one I belong to. I'm with the previous poster, I'm for going back to 3x5 index cards and money orders. At least you knew where you stood. Congrats! to those who know. Enjoy the shows. Of course, I'm sure the Limited Edition CDs and DVDs and posters will go on sale in May and then . . . . . . . .

    if your profile doesn't say you have tickets and you didn't get an email, then you don't have tickets. this is what happened to me so i tried to purchase a third time and finally got an email and my profile was updated. your charges will work themselves out. if you didn't get tickets all charges will eventually erase themselves. if you did get tickets all extra charges will also be dropped eventually. he didn't say how long it would take.

    Man that blows so f'ing hard. I was there! I had it all in, the cc#, everything and hit submit and whammo! error message!
    now a day of dissapointment...This is my first time getting assed out on tickets. Never had a problem with previous tours.
    I can get you a toe by three o'clock...

    So if a CC charge appears in my online banking account but I didn't get confirmation...then I don't have tickets. I understand this...

    Why was my card charged in the first place! I was there to buy tickets...entered my info....the server crashes ....I'm still charged (temporarily). Where the F are my tickets if the server hung on long enough to charge my account and not give me tickets?
