If our bank shows the pending charge, do we get tickets or can that be cancelled if we have not received the confirmation email?

    Yes I have two charges...I put my cc details through before it crashed. I just want to know! :(

    If she can reply twice in the same thread about what to title the merging threads I think she could answer this one. It is wondered by more than just a couple of people, and is not a complaint but rather a request. Thanks for your input though.

    Well this is kind of an important question. I finally got a confirmation but I do not want three credit card charges for one pair of tickets.

    right, do i have tix or not? i had 2 ready for both la shows and it looks like i might be charged 295 dollars, but after an hour i cannot even access the tenclub site. did i spend 295 dollars or not?

    I assumed that i did not have the tickets based on there being a hold on my checking account. That hold is not an official charge and it can always be backed out.

    I went by the fact that the tix weren't showing in my 10c profile which means that they had not been ut aside for me, right?

    Anyway, I tried again and got tix with a confirmation email and those are showing in my profile.

    I hope I didn't end up with two sets of tix...
