I can see the reasoning why you wouldn't comply. He's been a Senator for years and all through the process he's had to have a bc to register for social sercurity, get a driver's license, apply for college, student loans etc. I've done the same thing.

But if a lawyer from Pennsylvania sued me to see my BC then I'd say "fuck him I'm not going to allow him to set precedence for discovery on such a private document....

Providing the court with fake documents would be a huge mistake. Kind of makes you wonder why they didnt use the one without a seal.
