You should be able to trade a Spain/ Portugal or maybe a Vegas no problem!!
Well....maybe not a vegas??
Good luck!!
Haha hopefully Vegas rather than Spain but I really want to get the posters i'm missing from the shows that I went to. I think the '04s are going to be quite a challenge...
anyone who is "ugh" about the Australian posters...have you seen them in person yet?
If you don't like the designs that's one thing, but if you don't like it because it's a lithograph...well, I just got my Brisbane one with the fire and birds and it blew my mind. Even though its not a silk screen, and i know that is turning some people off...it gorgeous. The stock is heavy and rich and the colors are absolutely brilliant...this is not a "wal-mart" quality poster as i think someone said.
in fact, it is so beautiful, that i am considering buying more from the series.

when the full set was shipped to me from Australia I cracked the tube thinking I would sell maybe half of them. But when you look at these things up close they're actually really impressive. The images and colors are awesome.
Hey guys, i'm still looking for a Philly 1 '06 and a few others from the shows i've been to. If anyone can help me out that would be great. Here is what I have for trade
Milwaukee '06 gone from Goods. Sold out or removed to make room for something new? I wonder.
KJ
Probably not sold out, they also took our the Ireland and the crazy red lion I can not imagine they all sold out this morning........ they will return beware.
have I been missing this statement the whole time, or have they just began adding this?
ONE PER MEMBER-NOT FOR RESALE-LIMITED QUANTITY.
i know the one per member has always been there, but what about the "not for resale" part?
I'm not entirely sure which side I am on with the reselling thing, and i am NOT trying to bring that debate up yet again, so please don't start.... I'm just curious if it's always said that for concert poster sales. And if it's always been there, does that give the 10C any rights as far as preventing the resale of these posters on eBay (or elsewhere)?
i wasn't around the boards or the good sections when the "mystery sales" happened. can someone explain exactly what goes on?
The Ten Club has a LARGE amount of unsold, I will use the term unwanted posters they wish to get rid of to make room in their warehouse. To get rid of these posters they will sell you a mystery poster for 25.00 where most will contain the unwanted posters but a small few will be rareties from 98, or for example this years Hawaii's or an Easy Street..It's basically playing the lottery hoping you didn't get a Canadian tour poster.

wait, so you spend $25, the full cost of a standard poster and you don't know what you get until it arrives in your mailbox? yuck. i'd think that by now, anything pre-2000 (or even pre-2003) would be Gone.
it seems like it would make more sense to charge less than standard poster price. it would get more people to buy into the scheme and they'd sell more of those unwanted posters. Sure, there would be less profit per poster, but a higher profit overall with more buyers.

thanks for the explanation.
Amazingly enough..there are many people willing to take this gamble as the last mystery sales went in rounds and you could only purchase in one round i.e. if you got something in round 1 you could not purchase in rounds 2, 3 ect. and each round sold out very quickly. I beleive Santos posted the of # of available rareties and the # of others..last time it was to sell of the canadian posters but who knows what's in their warehouse since 10 club and the band have quite a few posters held back from each printing from what I can gather..so they could still have quite a number of 98, 2000's ect. lying around
Thats looks so cool, is that your poster??
I love the colours in the matt u used they match perfectly.
U must have a massive range of colours in the mattes....
Last week when I went to the Mainland I saw in a record store the Ned Kelly poster framed, it had a black frame cream matt then on the inside it had another 2 matts the colours where brown and blue they matched the poster so well....
Oh yeah the colours are awesome on the aussie posters....
The goods section has just come back up for me....did it crash.?,...
Newcastle is up......god I love this poster......Remembering when I first saw it...what a day and night that was.....:)
Some people don't use the backing boards, but I do. I like the look and the fact the prints are not able to bend at all. I put one print on each side. It can be tricky to get the board into the mylar (any tips would be appreciated from someone who also stores this way), but I think it's worth it.
It's a black mat, then a reverse bevel orange mat and then a blue bevel accent. With that particular moulding it would cost around $200. Could be done for a bit less with a less expensive moulding.
Is there any precedent for 10c not making certain of the posters available for sale? Could they decide to not offer the Klausen Hawaii or DC, etc.?
They never had an official sale for the NEOCON VFC posters. I think they did sell some in the mystery poster sales though. I think those are the only ones from 2003-2005 that didn't have their own 10 club sale.
