Also, so how did the "what, me worry?" posters work then? Was it just random who got the German and who got the French?

This is true. I need the SE's, if they have any left over.
    and a BLUE DUMBGUN

Not sure you'll get the blue artprint, they were sold by the artist, not by Wishlist.

I wish I was a neutron bomb, for once I could go off.
I wish I was a sacrifice but somehow still lived on.
I wish I was a sentimental ornamnet you hung on
The christmas tree, I wish I was the star that went on top,
I wish I was the evidence
I wish I was the grounds for fifty million hands up raised and opened toward the sky.

I wish I was a sailor with someone who waited for me.
I wish I was as fortunate, as fortunate as me.
I wish I was a messenger, and all the news is good.
I wish I was the full moon shining off your camaro's hood.

I wish I was an alien, at home behind the sun,
I wish I was the souvenir you kept your house key on.
I wish I was the pedal break that you depended on.
I wish I was the verb to trust, and never let you down.

I wish I was the radio song, the one that you turned up,
    I wish, I wish, I wish, I wish,
    I guess it never stops.

Turns out nothing changed...no poster sale at the usual Euro poster sale time.

Look the poster up on Expressobeans. That'll give you a good idea of the fair market value.

    For example:

    http://www.expressobeans.com/public/member.php?id=6105

    6/26/98, 6/30/98, 6/13/99, 8/23/00, 8/24/00, 8/25/00, 8/27/00, 8/29/00, 8/30/00, 10/8/00, 10/9/00, 6/15/03, 6/16/03, 6/18/03, 6/21/03, 6/26/06, 6/27/06

generally, what you pay somebody for a poster in the secondary market has very little to do with what they originally paid for it. if you want to get a general idea of the market price for a print, go to http://www.expressobeans.com and search for the print.

ETA: jj beat me too it...

Look the poster up on expressobeans.com... it will give you an average of what the poster is worth based on sales.

The one you are trying to get in the other thread is worth about $65 currently.

I think that the 6-month average is a better determination of current value.

For that poster it would be about $52 plus shipping.

well, that is the average price, but if you look closer, it is declining at a good clip, with the last few going on ebay around 30USD. and that is before these new ones hit the market.

If you mean the announcement here by Santos, it only listed the poster as Prague, but the poster was for 5 cities, Prague, Berlin, Vienna, Zagreb and Athens.

yeah i know that now, but in fairness....how would someone know that if the announcement and description both neglected to say it?

I can see your point. When you compare what EB members are selling to the number of people who want the print, it's obviously in a value nosedive. Personally, I think it's one of Klausen's worst designs.
