    keep watching

there are 3, 4 days left.

If you look at the auction that ended with a $584.00 pricetag, there were like 20-30 something bids, and the durati0on was like 5+ days . They all probably wait till the last few moments and start bidding away ( or aka "sniping" )

I see ouyr buddy hip_n_jam is in on a few of them, i hope he gets lucky and snags one .

    good luck.

that one was s/n. apparently that makes it more valuable, but i could give a rats ass.

I thought they were all signed and numbered, but who knows?

Yeah, I threw my name down for a couple bids over there, but got out-bid immediately by someone else's auto-bidding. Not willing to shell out the big bucks for it...the tour sub already cost me my first-born.

Although if anyone has a S/N Methane and wished to trade for a S/N Ames from either the Canadian tour or the first leg of this tour, feel free to make me an offer.

    i think thats correct

the 100 that went up for sale at http://www.MethaneStudios.com were all s/n .
I'm not sure of the remainders that went out to record stores, the record company, ect,.. i think there were total of 500, s/n

apparently, the description there said only 100 were s/n so who the fluck knows ???

lots of stuff happening in that one ! busy busy busy !

looks like the " help wanted" banner is gone from the http://www.amesbros.com website
maybe the " new artist " designed this one ?
Looks different from past Ames' works.....

onto tonight- another show, another poster !

They prosecuted some poor sucker in these United States
For teaching that man descended from the apes
They coulda settled that case without a fuss or fight
If they'd seen me chasin' you, sugar, through the jungle last night
They'da called in that jury and a one two three said
    Part man, part monkey, definitely

Well the church bell rings from the corner steeple
Man in a monkey suit swears he'll do no evil
Offers his lover's prayer but his soul lies
    Dark and driftin' and unsatisfied
Well hey bartender, tell me whaddaya see
Part man, part monkey, looks like to me

Well the night is dark, the moon is full
The flowers of romance exert their pull
We talk awhile, my fingers slip
I'm hard and crackling like a whip

Well did God make man in a breath of holy fire
Or did he crawl on up out of the muck and mire
Well the man on the street believes what the bible tells him so
Well you can ask me, mister, because I know
Tell them soul-suckin' preachers to come on down and see
Part man, part monkey, baby that's me

    wow ! :o
    another black poster.
it looks like they made a mistake and put 05, then tried to correct it with a 6 .
so away goes anything special or unique ( even more rare ) about those Borgatas.
the red / black combo is pretty nice.,..

that dudes dragging his knuckles man !

Not a fan of the Cleveland, but the Grand Rapids poster looks pretty cool. The detail must look pretty sweet up close, and I like the lettering too. This is prob my fav so far from Ames, I like the mood and atmosphere in it.

    hey
    http://methanestudios.com/posters07.html#

    just reading thru
and I realized something wasnt right about this

    Pearl Jam
    19" X 25" - Robert Lee
    3-Color Silkscreen/650 Edition

    Ordering info

My version of the Methane poster measures only 19 " x 12.5 "

    thats almost doubling the width.

its such an odd size .....

can anyone elaborate on their edition?

    thanks,......

Yeah mine is 19" x 12.5" as well. Did you email Methane with the question? Probably a misprint on the site, but it'd be cool if there were some bigger ones out there, the small ones def look a bit strange next to other tour posters.
