Because I am wanting to hang this in my kitchen where I aready have other pictures hanging I went with the same kind of frame.
Its kinda like Baltic pine stressed looking..the frame is wide and flat with a risen piece on the inside if that makes sense, The framer reckons it didnt need a mat. I also got non reflective glass.
I cant wait to hang it....This poster was like it was made to order just for me.
Im totally in love with it...:p
Its costing $102 US to frame that $130 AU Dollars.
I want to get the 3 Melb ones framed but will probably go for a cheaper frame as I can hang them altogether they wont have to match any frames I already have hanging. There was another timber frame I liked that would have cost $30 less. That may be the one I get for the Melb ones.

I have a 2003 Melb poster that is a silk screened one, I would need to get a matt for that wouldnt I?

I hope Im not disappointed on Friday...Now im worrying.....:p

is block mounted the same as dry mounted?

i like the brisbane 03 but that could be pricey to ship a big stiff board

I think Bathgate is alluding to the fact that he ordered 3 CCFA posters, not 3 HAWAII posters....as the post is actually alluding to the FINAL hawaii 12/9 poster which hasn't been revealed or gone on sale as of yet. C'mon bostonlou....you should have read the post more carefully....you newb. =)

i love expressobeans but you're right... selling and trading rarely happens... or so it seems to me

I've made two trades in two attempts with great success. Trades a whale for a LA2, and East Ruth II for a shark. It took a lot of effort on my part pm'ing and what-not, but in the end, everything went well.

    i didn't say it doesn't happen

    but your trades were reasonable

now if you put that ER2 up for sale... you'd get maybe 1 PM over 8 months

like you said... it takes a lot of effort

Didnt MakeMeCry get her Hawaii poster signed at the Beach when she had pics taken with Ed... I might be wrong, can remember someone getting it signed.
I have seen a Hawaii poster on ebay with sigs before tho..
I got my framed Newcastle print back yesterday.
I cant believe how good the non- refelective glass makes it look.
