Yeah... Ron Paul people are pretty rude. I was at a Bill Maher taping last year and they were a bunch of tools.... The kept yelling and Bill had to yell at them a couple of times. You couldn't speak to them in a rational manner about politics. It was like they were all brainwashed and drank the koolaide...

Ron Paul supporters tend to not pretend everything is rosy for the most part. Reason being the Federal reserve is a fraud, and it bubbles up from there.

Maybe peaceful revolution exists somewhere...not in the land of cash and grab, and were #1 however...

this reminds me of back when i had a darwin sticker on my truck. someone stole a jesus fish off of someone's else's car and stuck it over my darwin sticker.

and that reminds me of a time when someone tried to pull the alcoholics anonymous triangle sticker off the bumper of my buddy's car (because they thought it was satanic)....

why can't people just deal with there own lives and not fuck with others?

I'm sorry, but thats a funny shit right there, I know you don't share my amusement. Maybe it was McCain and Palin going around destroying your communist utopian sign.

Honestly I would, I just think its funny that someone would go to that level to make a point, that they snuck out in the middle of the night, cut up one sign and put up another. Childish, but still funny.

Now I wouldn't put it pass some of you to do that to a McCain sign, seeing how some of you post.

It's a childish prank as you put it and what an assumption to make about posters here. However, I'd like to see someone cross my lawn and mess with a sign IF I put one up.

I just heard this story - did I hear it on the Message Pit?

A guy had an Obama sign on a tree in his yard and it was pulled down. He put up a sign that said, "I just donated $100 to the Obama campaign. And I'll continue to do that every time you take down my Obama sign."

    That's awesome. :D

They know I usually carry an equalizer so they aren't confrontational.

this is funny...you are going to vote for a guy who will take that "equalizer" away

on a more serious note, as much as i hate Obama, i would not do that to someone's lawn

Try the middle of the afternoon. That's when this happened to us.

I'm still annoyed a day later, so I'm taking the photo and returning the McCain sign to their local headquarters. I'm letting them know that since we didn't request their sign, they can have it back.

My neighborhood is full of McCain/Palin signs. Ugggggh. It needs some balance. I normally don't put signs in my yard, but I tried to get an Obama sign last week to be a counterbalance in my neighborhood...they were all out though. :(

  • As much as I feel annoyed when I run the gauntlet, walking down my street between dozens of McCain/Palin lawn signs, I wouldn't trespass on someone's private property to express myself. I really don't appreciate the asshole who went up on my lawn today ... kicked in and mutilated my Obama sign, and put a McCain sign beside it.

I hate living here right now.

that is so fucked up wrong. I would never do that or condone it. a complete coward does stuff like that.

If I were you, I would put up 6 Obama signs and leave the mccain/palin one torn up in shreds, to make a point. ;)
