and they still NEVER mention McCain
they are typical politicians, attack the most popular candidate to get attention for themselves
typical?
who else is bring up Obama's conflicting and hypocritical voting record??
Answer: No one not even Clinton because she wouldn't have a leg to stand on.
You're right...we shouldn't talk about all the failures of the Democratic party, just keep on doling out that blind support no matter what. They count on it and you are more than eager to please them.

i didnt tell you blindly support anyone... i am just saying doesnt old boy Nader have any new tricks? will he ever criticize the republicans or is he just obsessed with the democrats?

And I will add: Who else refers to Bush as a war criminal? Who else has pleaded Congress to follow the Constitution and bring impeachment proceedings against the president?
you are clueless when it comes to Nader. You prove it every time you bring him up. why not read up a bit before making claims that are false?

I mean, fuck! Nader's the only candidate still pushing for impeachment to hold Bush/Cheney accountable for their crimes.
The other guys are happy just as long as they're out of office...letting Bush and Cheney get away with all of their bullshit.
Go buy a clue.

-Oscar Wilde
your the one that thinks a vote for nader is going to change the system and save the wolrd
and i need to buy the clue?
yeah, i am clueless about ralph nader
you guys cant even acknowledge that he is an insider trading, wall street stock profolio owning, war stock investing, McDonalds supporting FUCKING FRAUD
That's all you have and you strecth it sooooooo far to act as if you've got something everytime. It really starts looking pathetically desperate after a while.
You remember all those questions I pmed you and you kept saying you would get to....yeah, not too much to say, eh?
Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth.
-Oscar Wilde
I probably missed some debate on this a while ago I'm sure but...
Do you know what "insider trading" means? That's not Ralph Nader. The tax scandal you speak of has to do with Nader owning stock of companies he has rallied against. Insider trading is when you trade stocks of a company you are employed by (or own more than 10% of) using inside information.
You're the one thinking a vote for Obama is going to change something....lol.
I'm voting for who best reflects my ideals. I don't expect anything out of that except my clear conscience and satisfaction that I did what I felt was right.
I'm saying to buy a clue if you don't see how Nader has been blasting republicans for YEARS and continues to do so. The only difference is, he doesn't play favorites like you do and excuse the corruption of the democrats while hypocritically only focusing on the wrongs of the republicans. He's smart and honest enough to point out the wrongs and the facts about BOTH.

-Oscar Wilde
or trading stocks based on inside information you have regarding action your organization is about to take against a company
i know exactly what it is. maybe your the one that needs to read up on mr nader and the skeletons inhis closet
abook, have they got back to you yet about your concerns? let me guess? no?
This stuff is **extremely** small beans compared to the issues and concerns I've brought up about Obama and you know this very well.

typical online "grassroots" support, what a joke
1 energy bill
2 war funding
3 nuclear power
anything else?
Oh I'll be here.
And now smaller movements are a joke??
Jeez, you have changed. The best movements are the small ones that come from groups of people uniting and standing up for what they view as right despite the odds....not some mass marketed, corporate campaign.
Millions of people fall for the campaigns of Bush, McCain, Hillary, Budweiser, Starbucks, Nike....so numbers ain't saying much, dear. I'm always gonna back what I believe in. The masses have a knack for letting me down anyways...remember 2003?

How do you feel about his votes for the Patriot Act?
How do you feel about his votes to fund the war and prolong it instead of urging withdrawl?
How do you feel about his vote for the CAFA?
How do you feel about HR 676 Single Payer National Insurance and Obama's non support of it?
How do you feel about his lobbyists in the nuclear power industry and his continued support of it?
How do you feel about his vote for the wall on the border and he new campaign stance of being against it?
How do you feel about his vote against the credit card interest rate cap while his campaign has been so against predatory lending?
How do you feel about him sponsering the National Medical Error Disclosure and Compensation Act of 2005?
How do you feel about his opposition to The Hardrock Mining and Reclamation Act of 2007 while having a key advisor in Nevada that is a Nevada-based lobbyist in the employ of various mining companies?
How do you feel about his weak energy policy in a time of crisis?
How do you feel about his doublespeak on NAFTA brought up in this article?
How do you feel about his leanings towards supporting Israel?

I voted for Nader in 2000 when I was 18 and again in 2004. I was fortunate enough to see him speak in 2005 (yep, he was doing something after the previous election) and will continue to support him in his fight for democracy and consumer rights.
uh, they mention mccain and republicans, i even showed you where he mentions mccain on his issues page
insider trading....didn't your link say that was like 30-40 years ago????? and even that was a stretch
and i like how you avoid answering your dodges there, good work ol boy!
man, we really could've used an all-encompassing ron paul thread, eh!?
i gave in to your stupid corporate 2 party system in 04 and voted against my beliefs for kerry instead of who i wanted to....you guys all said next time i could vote for who i wanted....that was the first time i voted democrat in a presidential election and unless it's for kucinich i doubt i will ever waste my vote on another corporate whore politician whatever party they are, obama included
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so
eager to identify with
someone above the crowd
someone who seemed to feel the same
someone prepared to lead the way
don't forget his shifting stances on support from lobbyists!!
they won't be in my white house!!!
to
they won't dominate my white house
i don't take money from lobbyists!!!
to
i only take a couple hundred thousands from them
i don't deal w/ lobbyists!!!
to
i don't deal w/ lobbyists on a federal level, only state ones
or rezko and i only did a little bit of work on a legal case, i never knew him!!!
to
oh, yeah, and i forgot i bought a house next door to him, i bought land from him, he was on some of my campaign finance committees and held fundraisers for me at his house
orrrrrrr how he's so against this war and how we were mislead into it
to
well, one of the main ppl responsible for misleading us deserves a raise to sec of state
let's not even get into all the things he didn't bother voting on like real id, fisa issues and several other issues, remember, last time i brought this up your only reply was trying to list what kucinich didn't vote for instead of addressing my point, too bad you didn't have this great all-encompassing thread idea back then, maybe you could've posted all your kucinich and nader shit in that instead of using it as your stock reply to things about obama
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so
eager to identify with
someone above the crowd
someone who seemed to feel the same
someone prepared to lead the way
give me a call when you can address the points raised
typical my2hands, complain about the person instead of discussing the points made
if nader and gonzalez are typical politicians what does that make obama?
he had a voice that was strong and loud and
i swallowed his facade cos i'm so

someone above the crowd

i'm only asking because its clear you are not an obama fan and that's quite ok, but it's only really obama that you ever criticize constantly.
there's a recent thread here about john mccain, and thoughts on whether or not he should be president. it's 15 pages long. i'm just curious as to why you would not participate in that thread too.
Because there's hardly any McCain supporters here. I can't even name 3. Why preach to the choir?

Power of one person = one vote.
There have been plenty of pro Nader threads for that. And honestly, of the 3 or so people here actually supporting McCain, I don't see a hardcore rightie that would vote McCain in the first place switching over to a very lefty Nader. It just doesn't make a lot of sense to waste time replying to those threads. Even the conservatives on here are constantly saying how they don't really care for him. I prefer not to waste my time stating the obvious.

-Oscar Wilde
bullshit.. you "preached to the choir" about Bush for the last 5 years... everyone here is against the war, that hasnt stopped you from "preaching to the choir"
nice try
hahahahaha... at least some others notice
from here on out....discuss the topic and not me.
thank you, kindly

i have not changed... i am simply pointing out that some "online movements" are a joke and that the peopel do not follow through. i bet he has 10,000 myspace supporters and lots of cool blogs about him. but where did that go when it came time to move from the computer screen to the ballot box?
he was a fool, and had plenty of fools buying into his shit. fools that only took their support as far as their keyboard would let them
just what i thought
