    Tony's has the time. Jim's doesn't, but you can call. My guess is midnight on a weekend.

    Found an inexpensive room in Philly at the Apple Hostels if anyone is looking.  Reviews were good and it actually looks pretty decent.  It's only a short walk to the ferry which would take you to the Camden waterfront.
