    I'm officially boycotting the Rock unitl further notice. I wonder if they will be plugging Pearl Jam as much as U2. i doubt it.

    I guess you don't live near a Real Groovy? They have those albums for under $30, and they would ship too but I'm not sure how much. Or even 10C, they have them on their site don't they? LAst time i looked Ten was only US$10! They have them both for US$10, even with shipping that is probably under $50 for the two!

    Yeah it's kinda a hassle for me though. I don't have a credit card. But I've just applyed for one. just gotta wait for the bank to approve it. Then I can finally join the Ten Club. So when I'm at the show I can laugh at all the casual fans in the crappy seats. Muhahahhahaha

    I'm with you there, the Rock 1000 was a waste of my two weeks, there was some shit songs that made it really high, like green day - when september ends, what the fuck is that doing at 18. I'm going back to listening to mp3

    well i have to say in my cd player at the moment is PJ Benaroya, concious roots 2 and kings of leon and fat freddy's...... disappointed with the rock also.....

    Dude, get over it! I'm as big a Pearl Jam fan as anyone I know and I just learnt to live with it. It's commercial radio, they play what pays. When PJ is mainstream and profitable again, they'll start promoting them. U2 are playing to hugely hyped gigs, so it's only natural that they are being talked up on the radio.

    Anyway. I think you may be pleasantly surprised when the new single and album come out. I know at least Tracey is a fan. Next year, we should get the folks on here voting for the Rock 1000. They are so over the top, we'd get PJ filling all the slots in the Top 10! Sweet! :D

    Not yet. I don't want to listen to some crappy radio rip. I can wait until tomorrow, but as soon as it hits 9pm (if my timezone conversion is correct) I'll be on that site downaloding it ASAP!
