    LOL , i guess they did a psyque job on us. LOL .. thats ok though, i like Eddie Vedder . but to see him solo aint the same thing as getting all of the band up here. it'd be like seeing the Kobie Brynt without the Lakers or Jordan without the Bulls. just not the same :lol:

    i was just visiting alaska like 2 weeks ago and i wore my pearl jam sweatshirt one day and i got like 15 compliments for it from the locals in a very small town...so i would think they have a pretty decent fan base up there

    That being said.... we're long overdue. And it would probably be my lone shot at a view from the front row. =)

    I was in the 6th or 7th row at one of Ev's solo shows in LA. Between songs I almost yelled "Play Alaska!" but at the time and in lieu of the setting, I decided not to be one of those guys. And now I really wish I had.
    Trading magic for fact, no tradebacks... So this is what it's like to be an adult...

    when will a juneau, anchorage, fairbanks, etc. series of shows come?

    i moved from seattle to colorado to new mexico (temporarily), but I would still make a trip to Alaska to see some shows. could always throw in some cananda shows with the mini-tour.

    why would they drive eight semis full of gear up to Alaska?

    I went fishing on the Kenai and Russian rivers with my dad and bro a few years back. Alaska is an awesome state. I'm from Maine and Alaska is Maine on steroids! Summers up there are amazing too!

    I know the white stripes were booked to play there, but it might have been cancelled due to meg's anxiety.

    Pearl Jam wont play Alaska because, Pearl Jam has never played in Alaska. Until PJ plays Alaska the band refuses to go there. So if they had played Alaska before, then they would go back.
    Let's see those 2013 dates in the southern states.
