*complete* poster collections

who has em?
as in...a complete collection of posters for all the shows you've attended. *just* last night i put into place the very last poster i needed to have a *complete* collection. sadly, not all shows i've attended had posters.....*cough* irvingplaza*cough*....a few had 1 poster for multiple shows, such as msg I and II 2003, italy 2006, although that's a GOOD thing, hahaha. so yes, lots of scoping...
here......EB....ebay.....trades....sales ......etc....and i am so happy.
granted, it'll be a few years more than likely until i have the proper display space in my home for em all, but now i have em for when that day arises. what can i say, it satisfies my OCD, haha, and also what a great way to maintain show memories.....

so then, that said.....YAY! i finally DO have my *complete* collection, the last i needed arrived yesterday!bring it to the framers saturday, as i pick up 2 being framed right now.....and then.....DONE! i am awaiting some ledges on order for display, and then hopefully mid-february they will ALL be on display in my home. can't wait to see how it'll all look! one whole wall of pearl jam posters. some day will be a bigger space for em, but for now will do just fine to enjoy em, b/c isn't that what art is truly about? woooohoooo!

yep, i bought the fugly nijmegen.
and funny, i *just* got the VFC yesterday on ebay....and NO one else even bid on it, so yes....always look around there. i too wasn't getting just the one "N" poster from reading, so the VFC tour poster 'counts' for the reading gig. otherwise, i've gotten all my posters thru deals/trades with people here and/or EB. sadly, i only purchased 3 posters AT the shows. actually, i've bought 8 total at shows....but at the time, for friends.....b/c i didn't want to get the poster addiction.
i still am waiting to *physically* have all of em in my home......but i have most, and the rest, the deals are set......just all waiting on shipping, etc. someday i will have them ALL together for display, but for now...it'll be maybe 7-9 total b/c i only want em in one room. i do not want a house 'all' pj...hahaha...i have my own work to display!
that said, yea...irving plaza.....no poster. :( msg I and II shared one poster......5 italy shows.....1 poster. so took my 22 shows down to 17 posters (b/c i got the methane 32006 tour poster b/c i love it so much and not specific to one show, so i again 'count' it for the lack of irving plaza art), so all good.
funny, my nijmegen is S/N......not by choice really....but i guess if i have to own a fugly poster, nice it's got something *extra* about it.
